Excellent service from Gary to fix my bifold door handle. He was extremely friendly and helpful. When we realised I needed a new handle Charlotte from the office was also extremely helpful and friendly and so lovely to talk to on the phone. She was searching everywhere for the best handle for me and found the best price. Gary was back a couple of days later to fix it. Highly recommend!

First class service! Gary came out to fix a handle on one of my windows the day after I called which I was pleasantly surprised at how fast he could book me in. After replacing the handle, he said he would need to come back another day as the second window needed more work; he came back 2 days later and sorted this one too! Very happy, especially as its so hot recently, being able to open the window so I'm not roasting is amazing! Also, the lady that answers the phone is also very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend!Thank you both!

Did everything I could have hoped for from a trades person - quick to respond, quick to come out despite it not being an emergency, arrived at the time he said he would, fixed the problem we had (despite some of it being a bit of a faff), polite and friendly, and didn’t rip us off. Would recommend and would use again.

The locking mechanism on my patio door no longer worked. Gary wanted to check what the issue was first of all before quoting me.After spending time unlocking the door and taking the mechanism out he was able to find the issue. Unfortunately it was a sort of bespoke design and Gary did not have the required pieces in stock.He and his team spent time researching to find the required items I needed and kept me updated throughout.Once items were received he was back the following morning to finish the job.Great customer service throughout!

Another fantastic review for GB Locksmiths!Our lock was slowly but surely giving up and after being locked out numerous times - no idea why I left it so long! - I called GB Locksmiths for help who fitted the new lock in record time!
