As I live in Canada, when my mother passed away in England I was concerned as to how the arrangements would go. However, I was pleasantly surprised with all the help I received from Jordan. Even though mum had pre-paid for her funeral, Jordan was there for me with my every question and concern. The day of the service was handled very professionally - no one could have carried it out any better. Also, I asked Jordan for a place where we could have a small reception after, and he was extremely helpful in recommending three places. Thank you Jordan for your help and caring.

I entrusted Macleans to arrange my lovely wife's funeral back in May, and they did not let me down. They provided me with an excellent celebrant, who adhered to all my wishes r.e songs requested, the eulogy etc.Zaid, at their Garston branch, is not only very professional but also a very nice man. Nobody wants to be dealing with funeral directors. Macleans realise this, and in my experience they made a traumatic experience a little more bearable.
