Ewura has been so kind and patient! I love having sessions with her, as she always listens and is ready to offer practical solutions.With her warming and trusting personality, she gained my trust from the very first time. She is an expert and goes above and beyond in order to provide the best therapy. She is a delight and I definitely recommend her.

Myself and my partner have seen 2 different counsellors through my solution wellbeing and I can't praise them enough. Both Josh and Aneta are very professional yet kind and caring people. Josh is a miracle worker, he's completely rejuvenated our relationship. We had seen a couple of counsellors a while back but they didn’t seem to change much for us. Josh understood our situation and asked us to trust his process. Our relationship is now in a better place than its ever been, and there’s no way we would of figured things out without seeing him. He's helped us communicate better and put our energy into the the things that matter. We feel that we have grown as individuals and as a couple. He also doesn't drag out the whole process. Iv only had a few sessions with Sonia and have had a very positive experience so far. Counselling is new to me and not knowing what to expect I was very nervous. She was very warm and welcoming from the minute I met her. I look forward to continuing my journey with her.

Just wanted to review the excellent service my wife and I got from our counsellor Josh, and the overall company. Very professional outfit with some practical solutions to real world arguments. Also unlike many other similar organisations don’t want you as a long term client paying every few weeks. They quickly get to the root cause and help build long term resolutions. Definitely recommend their services to those who have a true interest in repairing their differences within relationships.

I had my sessions with Emma who really listened to what I was going through, gave me practical suggestions to help improve my mental health as well as a safe space to discuss and work through what I’ve been going through. Highly recommend Emma to anyone struggling with postnatal mental health.

Brilliant service across the board! The team set us up with Josh our councillor and he is excellent! Very caring, insightful and encouraging. Have helped us resolve our difficulties and put us on a path forward to improve our relationship and tools to ensure we continue to do so.
