Tim has fixed two of my instruments - on my guitar he resolved ( where others had failed) a longstanding dysfunctional pick up issue, and on my old mandolin he rebuilt the bridge, reset the strings, adjusted an internal brace, lowered a few frets and filled the tatty wooden headstock, so now it looks nice and plays beautifully. Both jobs were exactly what was needed and were done with such care and precision - I remain very impressed.It's all about the detail with Tim. His communication is impeccable, consulting with you before actioning anything, offering different options and different price scales, etc. Finally - and this is a Biggie for me - he doesn't talk down to me as a woman, something I've developed a bit of a radar for over the years.

I had Tim repair and service my Marlin acoustic recently. It was a tricky job and not only did he fix every issue, he improved several areas which has made it nicer to play than it’s ever been. I cannot recommend this chaps company enough. Friendly service, great communication and just a fantastic job!

Great service from Tim - went out of his way to diagnose a problem with a very niche bass amp and came up with a great solution. And did a great setup and installation of replacement electronics/ pickups on my bass. Highly recommended!

Fantastic service! Tim did an amazing job at re-fretting my Les Paul with stainless steel frets. I can highly recommend to anyone considering having any work done on their guitars, that this is the guy to go to.
