Ive had the pleasure of hiring the Limo and the Party bus, both times for around 15 children and we have had a great experience everytime Milan took the longest route so they could enjoy the time in the car and had loads of patience with excited children.

Bad customer service.They dont communicate with customers at all..ignored all emails and msgs.Hired a limo in november for a Christmas party,but we got a party bus instead and noone communicated this whats so ever..we were promised an hour cruise before heading to the venue but it didn't happen as he had complications and just took us straight to the venue..Do not use them if u want something more enjoyable and sophisticated..Was so disappointed.

Shocking service. Very poor quality vehicle. Didn’t allow all the full hour drive. Have failed to respond to any emails or letters to try and resolve.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT EVEN PROVIDE THE SERVICE THEY AGREED. Completely ruined my daughters prom with they’re disgraceful car and journey.

Great service, friendly drivers, fantastic vehicles - three times I have booked Milan's Limo's and have never been disappointed. I have a birthday coming up soon and I will definitely be booking again for my trip up to London with my girlfriends.
