Excellent service and results. Alan is very polite and knowledgeable, taking the time to talk through the problem with the lock failure in our front door and possible solutions. The result was a door which operates better than in the whole 10 years we’ve lived here, and is more secure too. I would not hesitate to recommend Alan and Lockforce to others.

What a great chap Alan is! He came to fix our office door but also hot him to look at our front door that quite a few people have tried and failed to fix. He also couldn’t help himself adjusting our kitchen door to which he noticed wasn't quite right. Reliable and turns up as promised! I completely recommend him.

I locked myself out, rang Lockforce and Alan arrived really quickly. He didn't just barrel in with the easiest option but looked for other solutions first. He was really careful, did a great job, got in and replaced the lock. Alan took his time to provide the best solution and cleared up leaving everything tidy - and in the excessive heat too! Brilliant guy.

Put us at ease with his explanations as to how the locks worked and compared with our old locks, how they were better etc. We wanted some new high security locks put in for extra security and feel so much safer in our home now. Alan was fantastic help, he was prompt and very polite, he was extremely helpful and talked me through everything he was doing so that I could best understand what was broken and how to fix it. When he found out I was NHS he offered the work for free! In an out with 15 minutes I was really blown away by how great he was, I have never come across a trade professional that has ever done that for me before. I'll definitely be recommending him to others.
