The Alarm Man

Exchanged a few messages with Stephen prior to arranging a visit, primarily to check that he would be able to cover our system (parts were still available etc.). Very quick to respond and friendly. Was impressed. We arranged a service/system check for a couple of days later. Callum came as arranged and a did the actual work on the day. Again, very friendly, helpful, and informative. We're very impressed and will definitely be using the Alarm Man from here onwards. Great job, guys! Andy.

Callum did a great job of replacing my 17 year old alarm system with a much more modern and fully functioning version. Kept me informed as he went about his work and left everything spotless, with clear instructions.

Phoned about alarm and spoke with Stephen. He told me about various systems. Kept in touch and was very helpful. I picked a system and arranged a date for installation. I was informed that Callum the engineer would arrive between. 9.30-10. Which he did.Callum was great. Very neat and tidy person. Wore overshoes whichhelp keep carpets clean. He proceeded to get to work. No problems. Once installed he took me through all aspects of alarm. From using it manually, fobs and installing and using app. Very thorough. Much to the relief of my neighbours, Stephen first came to the rescue when the external bell malfunctioned one Saturday night. Since then, Callum has performed a health check on the set-up and systematically resolved any issues. I have such peace of mind knowing I can contact the team at any time and am exceptionally grateful for their expertise and wonderful customer focus.

Had an ARC call fail error on my alarm. The Alarm Man gave me a quote over email, turned up on time and fixed it in under half an hour (even though it wasn't one he had installed himself)! He also explained other things my alarm could do that I didn't know about, and set up some other settings for me on it. I will use again when my back up battery goes, and would reccommend him to anyone.

I cannot recommend The Alarm Man highly enough. Stephen was superb from start to finish with his Communication, returning calls and e-mails. He even told me that I didn't need a new system, I just needed my current one serviced and some old bits replaced. This saved me quite a bit on a new alarm system and his honesty was great to hear. No sales patter, No, well you maybe need this or that........So refreshing.Callum came to inspect my system on time, and the fella is an absolute gem. He told me things about my alarm system I didn't know which will make things easier now. A joy to have in your home, such a professional and a credit to the business..........
