I am going there since 2020.I mainly go there for my special need child.He love this place very much.The stuff is very good and helpful.But unfortunately their manager kelly is not very good to my son.Because of her behaviour since last 4/5 months I try to go there as less as I can. From a autistic child she can't accept to follow all rule and regulation and which is not very necessary too.Because of this issue when she start argument with me badly my son got affected mentally.I am very very sorry to say her behave with a autistic boy undoubtedly rude . ..now Iam finding with whom I can share the issue . I am wanting to explain more much about her behaviour with a autistic boy but I cant because of my limited English ...

An awesome evening experience, and a big shout out to Louis (We think thats his name) who was fantastic with our son who has Autism!The team were friendly, welcoming and attentive! Well worth a visit

Fantastic place for grandchildren to spend energy. Food and drinks available to buy. You have to buy the socks for trampolining but they're reusable and cheap. Activities very reasonably priced.Bad bits....parking is notorious. Work out how long you're going to be, park in retail park but allow time to get back to your car and off the retail park.Air conditioning would be nice, we were watching and sweltering!Long hair is meant to be tied back but rule wasn't enforced. I cringed every time I saw a girl jumping with very long hair flying everywhere, its an accident waiting to happen....Overall, a great visit for visiting grandchildren.

Really lovely staff. But the venue is not fit for purpose. NO air con?! Just saw people have been complaining about how disgustingly boiling it is for years and get the classic copy and paste response, save it please. I feel so sorry for the staff having to work in such conditions. We are all drenched in sweat. I'm grossed out by how many have sweated everywhere. Revolting. Imagine the stench, well... it's worse than you can imagine. So annoyed, paid £6 each(plus cost of socks) to sit in a hot box, needing a shower and writing this review. Such a shame as you're very local to us. I don't see how this place will be open for much longer. High Altitude is further away but much better. Will not come back again.

We hosted my sons birthday party there and had such a lovely time. The children had so much fun! The workers were all kind and helpful. We had a good first time experience.

I had a good time here. However, the trampoline (which is the major attraction) was mostly for children and teenagers. Most adults just sat and had conversations or drinks. There is also a wall climbing area which I think most young adults can do. There’s a drink/food stand and also toilet facilities.

Brilliant! So much fun for all ages! We went with friends and as a family aging from 4 - 34. We all had a fantastic time! We will definitely be going again. Well staffed, rules were managed well. If you want a family discount you need to plan ahead by 10days or it's not applied. Wish I'd known that in advance but I do for next time.

The staff are a credit to Gravity, couldn't do enough for us, really appreciated.I would say it's a little warm in there, especially given the nature of the activity.. however, this gave my son and wife a reason to stop every 10 minutes for a drink.Reasonably priced, especially when you consider the car parking thrown in for 90 minutesWe'll certainly be back.
