Spent a good few hours in here and won some jackpots. There is a good variety of games and found ourselves wondering back and forth to play games.Found the claw machines odds where setup to difficult like most UK arcades. Probably the biggest con there. I would still go again know what machines to play on and not.Thought the prizes for the tickets had a great variety and managed to achieve what we wanted.

This arcade used to have a Dance Dance Revolution MAX 2 right beside a DDR 3rd Mix Plus cabinet. It was the place to be back in 2005-2006! Well, they got rid of a lot of their machines by 2012 and it went downhill a lot. To my amazement, I checked in now in 2022 and they have LOADS of video games including a DDR Ace (Offline of course, but still). I didn't expect that at all. Definitely worth visiting! They haven't totally sold out on redemption either.

My children two 17 year olds and a 12 year old spent time in this Arcade but never again. Rude staff and not helpful just out to make money. One occasion this week my daughter accidentally put a £1 into a 2p machine the man was informed and he accused them of it not being hers and lying. They saw him take the pound out and keep it for himself.Second incident they won a cat keyring on the 2p machine it got stuck they told the man who said they couldnt give it as it hadn't gone all the way down the machine. They were prepared to keep putting 2p in but the man said dont bother you wont win it.I trust my childrens judgements and they have said the staff are rude and have attitude to them.Go to Margate or Ramsgate far friendly and helpful ! Jobs worth take note ...

Saw a member of staff open the 2p machine and move all the prizes backwards from where they’d been pushed forward so that they wouldn’t drop down and be won.

A great place for everyone to go. Lots of different games and machines at fair prices and generally pretty fun. There's cash and change machines along with helpful staff.The only issue is with the claw machines and other luck" based machines. They're overpriced and never pay out. Overall a great family arcade."

Good selection of games. You can get a tub to get change but you have to give a 10p deposit.Fairly quiet when off peak.

Machines are good (VR!) but the prizes are poor, with a really limited choice of smaller end prizes for the little ones. It's all the big stuff that you need a gazillion tickets for.

Staff always seem to be in a bad mood or have a bad attitude. I was winning on a game and a staff member appeared behind me and made me feel very uncomfortable, like me winning was not allowed. This place should be a place of fun for the family but they make it very clear that winning is not something they like.

I put 6 pound in the VR for me and my friend and it did not work so then I went to tell a member of staff and they did not do anything about it I tried telling him but he just walked away and would not listen. Never going again.

We visited the arcade on a weekend away and found a certain member of there staff to be extremely abrupt and needs to re look at his customer skills as it seems not to have any at all. I agree with one of the previous reviews in were this place should be a family environment.We won't be visiting them again and recommend others do the same until management re-look at there staff training.
