Lakeview Pet Crematorium

After hearing of this place ,discreetly by a vet receptionist I cannot thank her enough. Such kindness and compassion was shown, to the chapel of rest and collection of ashes with a condolence card with paw prints ,lock of fur and a packet of forget-me-not seeds.A lady who truly knows what our pets mean to us, thank you

Would highly recommend using Lakeview if you've just lost your beloved fur baby. Lovely personal and professional service throughout, everything was explained to us and we knew our baby would be treated gently and with love and care. Nothing was too much trouble and we had our little Moo back with us in under 24 hours. Nothing really makes this cruel time any easier but having such a lovely lady take care of this practical side has helped us cope that little bit more over the last few days. Thank you so much

We lost our beautiful 17 year old Jack Russell Darcy on Tuesday evening. I had previously read the lovely reviews about Lakeview and knew this was where I wanted Darcy cremated when the time came. Emina the lady who runs it was just fantastic. We took Darcy along the following day and she was laid in a lovely chapel of rest along with her favourite blanket and toy. Our family were then all able to say a final farewell. We had as much time as we needed and Emina was so caring it really did ease the pain a little. We collected Darcy’s ashes the following day along with a paw print. It’s the day every pet owner dreads but I would really recommend Lakeview, we couldn’t have asked for a more fitting end for our beautiful dog. Thank you ❤️

one of the hardest things I have had to do but the staff at Lakeview were caring and professional. Beautiful chapel of rest room for your pet and you can spend time with them. Only single cremations are done which was what we wanted. back to me to come home in 24 hrs. Cannot recommend enough. My Lucy Lou is home again where she belongs. At such a heart breaking time for the family with the loss of our beloved Tippy , Emanay from Lakeview offered us care and compassion right through, from the initial phone call, to laying her peacefully in candle lit chapel of rest to collecting her ashes in a engraved wooden box. Emanay could not have done more to make this distressing time as easy as possible. Thank You

Excellent service . Lady was so professional and extremely caring and sympathetic. Handled both the family and our dog Becki with dignity and compassionate . I just wish I knew about here before when we list our other dogs. Would never use anywhere else now.

Pets treated with the upmost respect, Emanay was extremely respectful and listened to us and gave us time with our beloved pet and followed our wishes perfectly. We couldn't recommend a better place.

We were treated with kindness and empathy, which was a huge comfort at such an awful time. Our dog was privately cremated after we left, and we were able to collect him the next day.
