My husband, daughter and myself visited Lemon 'Tree about a couple of years ago looking for a carpet for my daughters bedroom. The staff were very helpful and very patient because we couldn't decide. Eventually we chose a beautiful carpet which they fitt,ed I think, within a couple of weeks and the carpet was and is still great.We also asked them to come and measure our living room with a view to purchase a carpet for this room at some point. We will definitely use them again in the future.

Had originally intended to use a high st provider but decided to check out our local independent place just in case. Really pleased with the friendly personal service, huge range of options and great value - which was better than elsewhere. Now delighted with my new carpets and vinyl! Would highly recommend giving these guys a try

I decided to go local as thought I would get a better service.. How wrong I was... The owner didn't turn up to quote twice, the fitters then did not show up. When the carpet was eventually fitted, the pattern did not line up and the carpet tiles were not stuck down properly. Appalling service from start to finish. I would not recommend.

We recently had our living room carpet and bathroom flooring from Lemon Tree flooring. The staff in the shop could not have been more helpful. They spent time with me in the shop helping me choose and I found the quality of their carpets and flooring was better than the larger Southampton shops and their price was very competitive. The fitting itself could not be faulted and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. If you want a small family run, caring professional business rather than the impersonal large department stores you cannot beat Lemon Tree flooring in Southampton

We were looking for a light, patterned vinyl option for our hallway to brighten what was a dark entrance way without much natural light and old, dark laminate flooring. We were really impressed with the numerous options available and, once we had selected the vinyl we wanted, were really impressed with how quickly the whole process was from choosing to ordering to fitting and the great customer service we experienced. We are so happy with the end result. It feels like a completely new space!

Excellent service from the second we walked into the shop on Friday 11th June. One week later had two bedrooms with lovely good quality carpet- fitted to the highest standard ive ever seen carpets fitted. Better price and better service than the big chains! Support the little men- they look after you and they deserve our support!
