Had fantastic service yesterday. My mum needed help with a clasp on her bracelet and the person who served us was so helpful giving her lots of different options and advice, no charge. Would definitely recommend.

A few issues occurred with my watch. However, Freddie went above and beyond to get it fixed. He kept in touch throughout the process and, as promised, my watch was returned to me in first class condition and working perfectly.

I've been going to Matthews Jewellers for some 14+ years now, and there is a reason for that loyalty, there is always a smile and a good conversation to be had. I've made purchases and I've been looked after here as well on price.I won't go anywhere else for change of watch batteries or Jewellery repairs or alterations I've never been disappointed and always happy with end result.Today I picked up my Rotary watch as the rubber strap had perished, Rotary no longer make the watch or the straps yet they not only found a suitable strap but changed over the fittings as well you can not be more professional than that, that is pride in their work.Friendly & Professional what more can one ask for.
