What a shambles, send roller to be recovered on a Wednesday was told 2 days (friday), then the following next Friday. Told it was done but failed inspection then told to pick it up, stripped they couldn't do it !!. What a joke !! It is a simple printing press roller 52cm longThe woman on the end of the phone is very patronising, rude and abusive and offered no apologies or compansation, and said you should have spare so this downtime doesn't happen again. It was only meant to take 3 days !!! Stupid woman !!!im telling you It wont happen again they couldnt run a party in a brewery, Go to bottcher, in fact any roller company and constantly lie to customers and have poor customer service
