Lakeland Gate Brewers Fayre
Spent 3 weeks here (for business) the food was very good when they had it.Unfortunately most of the time a large portion of the menu was unavailable.One signiture dish was unavailable for the whole 3 weeks I was there.Howeverthe staff were very helpful and friendly.

Lakeland Gate Brewers Fayre
Honestly we came here for the soft play and ended up staying a good 1.5 hours having some thing to eat and a few drinks while our toddler played.We shared a platter and a few beers and really enjoyed the space.It was a bit crowded with kids but the playground attendant made sure to enforce the age/height rules on a few of the bigger kids which was really appreciated.

Food is always lovely, well priced and lots of loyalty offers.Indoor play area is lovely, they do toddler mornings too with crafts. All the staff are lovely, Pam in the play area is brilliant

1st time at a Brewers Fayre and the food was lovely, I sampled some of the new Christmas based meals which included some Christmas pudding. I will definitely be trying out my local Brewers Fayre and hope the cooking is just as good.

Lakeland Gate Brewers Fayre
During a work trip to Carlisle in the peak of August, enjoyed dinner and breakfast for two nights while staying at the adjoining Premier Inn. Staff created a very friendly reception and efficient meal service throughout. Breakfast selection was extensive and well cooked. Evening meal menu provided all the options you would expect with fast presentation of food to the table. Thank you for a relaxing stay.

Great breakfast & santa visit for the kids. The two staff working in the soft play were amazing, round of applause for both of them for doing so well with all the children & extra bits they had to take care of! And Santa was great too, he gave attention and had a chat with each child which was lovely!

Lakeland Gate Brewers Fayre
Came here with the kids, play area shut off for a party so the kids were understandably upset. Play area outside out of order. The general environment is OK, but outside isn't the cleanest, a lot of discarded fag buts out the front door of the pub and thrown food. The biggest gripe was the food quality (it wasn't great - you get what you pay for I guess). This sort of place is great for a quick bite to eat, but definitely not for food quality.

Lakeland Gate Brewers Fayre
Ok for a cheap meal.... you get what you pay for!Edit, today we had 2 for 8.99 main meals. 2 x starters 2.49 each and 2 x full priced desserts. Food was hot, tasty and arrived quickly. Staff were lovely, friendly and really helpful - (even when another guest was snotty and rude, the lady dealt with with her professionally and was very dignified.)
