We entrusted our extensive ground floor transformation project to Master Builder Services and couldn't be more satisfied with the outcome. The project, which included a rear extension, new kitchen, bathroom, custom shaped shed, pavements and fencing, was executed flawlessly with great attention to detail and craftsmanship. The Master Builder Services come in to complete my garden makeover. They were professional and curtious at all times. They flattened and leveled the garden and then laid the slate. They also fixed the boarder with sleepers on the raised bed. After completing the work they tided and cleaned all areas and removed the rubbish. I am very pleased with the result and their professionalism, would highly recommend them.

Rafal and his team transformed our kitchen! We wanted our dream kitchen and had a clear vision of what we wanted. With it being a 200 Yr old building came with problems such as no walls were straight, the flooring once removed revealed issues unforeseen. But Rafal took it all in his stride.We what respect and like with Rafal is how he thinks outside the box with problems (even making us a cabinet as he is a carpenter as a magnets cabinet wasn’t fit for purpose) and always gives you suggestions whilst remaining mindful of what the customer would like.He and his team have impeccable time keeping and they leave the place spotless after a days work.Nothing is too much trouble. He even helped out neighbour who had a freak flood of water pouring through her kitchen ceiling whilst he worked at ours.If you are looking for a builder who you can trust, has a great work ethic, sticks to his original quote, explains each step of project, project manages well whilst working in a tidy environment and also a perfectionist, the. Rafal and his team did a fantastic job at my place. Removal of existing conservatory, then a new extension with new kitchen installed to a higher standard than we expected. Would recommend 100%.

I had just moved to the UK and bought my first home. I needed a builder that could make some changes to make it suitable for us. I was a little nervous because I've heard horror stories about builders in the UK. I feel very lucky to have found Master Builder Services. My kitchen is amazing! They turned my second reception room into a kitchen that is magazine worthy. The cupboard under my stairs is now a main floor toilet and the tiny kitchen that we started with is now a spacious utility room. No photos to share yet . The worktop had to be delayed due to the virus, but they put in temp worktop which suits us just fine for the moment. I will update the review in a few months with pics once the worktops are in place. In the interim, I am enjoying my new kitchen that looks fab, came in on budget and was completed on time!EDIT: I've hired Master Building Services twice since my original post. Most recently to change my garden from an over grown jungle to a beautiful seaside oasis. It turned out better than I imagined. I haven't even started planting yet, and it's already a stunner.

These guys have a 5 star review for a reason!After being let down on a window fitting job, they stepped in to help. Absolutely cannot fault them, professional, courteous, tidy, communicative, punctual and quoted a price then stuck to it.The purpose and intensity which they work with is something to behold, really do not mess about and will keep going until the job is done (or it goes dark, whichever comes first!)Highly reccomended

If I could give 10 stars I would. Rafal and his team are very hard working and professional, they did an amazing job of redoing my entire lounge which turned out to be a much larger job than any of us expected. The worked tirelessly over the weekend to pull up my concrete floor (which was in a terrible state) and relay correctly. They also put the laminate floor down for me and painted. It's like a whole new house.Rafal kept me updated throughout all the work while I was away with pictures and videos.I highly recommend MBS for friendly and professional work! I'll be back for my next home improvement projects.
