Had a great experience with Gareth following experiencing pain in my ankles and lower legs after running. After receiving personalised insoles and a rehab programme for 8 weeks with stretches, the pain has gone and I just did my first 10k race with no pain! Highly recommend, diolch!

i was suffering with a niggling pain in my left foot which was stsrting to interfere with my exercise programmeGareth immediately identified the cause of the problem and the therapy he has recommended has solved the issue without me having to completely suspend my exercise regimeI would definitely recommend him and seek his advice again . Had two horrible stubborn corns on the inside of my little toe and in between my toe that were rubbing against each other and extremely painful. After two sessions they are nearly gone completely!! I had tried everything to remove them and nothing worked. Would highly recommend. He’s amazing and such a lovely person. A*****

Excellent communication and explanation of issues and what was needed - really helped me understand and treat Morton’s neuroma to get back to running - insoles really helped and looking forward to follow up appointment - friendly and approachable with any follow up questions and responded in a timely manner
