The most arrogant incompetent so called “professional” setup.Due to their incompetence I have suffered damage to a front tooth - a perfectly healthy tooth.Due to this I have been reticent in reattending but due to toothache have today rung for an appointment only to be told that due to the period since last attending I am “No longer on our books - I will have to ask the consultant as to whether we wish to treat you”Clearly I am on your books for you to tellme when I was last a patient when you were rectifying the damage caused by you.Avoid !!

Dentist 5 stars.Reception 0 stars.A couple weeks ago i had an appointment with the Dentist.Polite, professional, Great.Lady at the front desk has really bad issues.Tremendously rude beyond explanation.You must give a good training of manners to your staff.She treat People like She is doing a favour to you. Her attitude was horrible when i asked her to check if there is an earlier appointment, cause the next available appointment was 2 months ahead.And her answer was shush!!!!!! While She was checking the appointments!!!!!What can i say for this type of attitude?????Unfortunately i moved to another Clinic that they respect and know how to treat People.Thank you

I have been a patient for the last 3 years and have had consistently excellent service from everyone I’ve Dealt with. Alan (the dentist) has given me and my family excellent treatment, highly professional, always done painlessly and with a big smile. Couldn’t recommend more highly!

I would not recommend this practice at all! Mr Goldman is so incompetent, I was in excruciating pain and after making me wait for four days to fit me in despite me telling them in in extreme pain, when I finally attended my appointment, he took xrays then said he cannot even extract my tooth because it would “crumble”, he was quite happy to leave me in pain through which I could not eat nor sleep, and he was more than happy to refer me on to a private colleague of his who would charge 300£ for a simple extraction. I later was lucky enough to get an appointment with my old practice where the dentist extracted the same tooth in literally minutes!! It didn’t crumble or break!!All I can say is mr Goldman is incompetent and I would not recommend him to anyone!

It was my first time at this dentist this morning. I had made an appointment here as my regular dentist could not accommodate me at short notice. I was exceptionally pleased with Alan and his team. They were polite and friendly and the service was superb. I also had a follow on appointment with the hygienist Alishba and although my treatment was uncomfortable she did a fabulous job. I Will definitely continue to use this dentist.Thank you

Easy to get an appointment, welcoming receptionist and very thorough and practical dentist. What more do we need!

I have known the team at Chigwell Smile for many years. The practice is spotless and well organised, and my family have always been treated incredibly kindly. The dentist - Alan has always shown incredible patience with our children (and at times me!). Treatment has been top-notch and I feel I have been very well advised.
