Brought the Car from Newcastle all the way to London for Me. Graham and John were lovely blokes and very very helpful. Had a tiny problem within a Week(not their fault) and Graham said get it done send the bill and we will pay for it, and they did exactly that. Car was lovely condition Defo trustworthy company. Thoroughly recommend Green Oak cars. I purchased a Ford Focus a few days before Christmas and John did everything he could to make sure the car was ready before the Christmas break. The car even came with a clean MOT and all the previous advisories sorted. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy a car from them again future.

John and the team were really friendly and helpful from start to finish. Looking for a car during a pandemic has not been easy. But they made sure that the car was disinfected before we drove it and arranged the log book and tax on the day we purchased the car. Unfortunately we discovered an electrical fault after a couple of days. But they took the car back to fix it without argument. After two false starts due to the wrong parts and two long journeys for me, they offered to collect the car form me in order to repair the car on the third attempt. They also lent me another car to drive in the meantime. I had my car back within 24 hours and it has been spot on ever since. I would definitely recommend and return if we ever need another car.

Would recommend anyone to purchase a car from here, the guys are fantastic and keep you up to date. We purchased a MG6 they have ensured any advisories from previous Mot have been fixed they have give us peace of mind and provided a fantastic service from day 1 so helpful

I cannot recommend this dealer we bought a 09 mini 10 months ago which failed its MOT on emissions the dealer arranged for the work to be done but never provided any receipts or paperwork as proof. The engine is now irreparable and the cost of a fitted replacement engine nearly exceeds the value of the car. We have not had a call back to any of our messages.

Bought a VW up! these guys couldnt have been nicer,bent over backwards to help,totally genuine cars as I always check full mot history etc,.,even delivered it to Scotland personally for us,2 very minor scratches I pointed out,they had the areas fully resprayed most garages would have used a touch up pen,without hesitation top service,cheers guys

Bought a car over 4 months ago. Car is still running amazing. The guys at green oak were very helpful and made the process so easy.
