Been seeing Rachel for a few months now, before I started treatment I was in so much pain after work I'd cry at the thought of getting g out the car and putting pressure on my feet, sometimes sleep in the car so I didn't have to get out and on good days I'd have to hang off door frames to go to the toilet.But after seeing Rachel I have a life again and sometimes forget I even have foot problems.

I have seen both James & Liz here for chronic headaches and migraines and they were both amazing.They both helped relieve my pain a tremendous amount and set me on the path to finding the cause of my chronic pain.I can’t thank them enough and I’d recommend them to anyone needing their help!Thank you both!

Rachel is a very experienced osteopath ,very good knowledge about different issues regarding posture and muscles weakness,right on hand on muscles manipulation. I had a lovely experience and I felt much better after every session .

Liz is very friendly and put me at ease. She was informative and worked on my back and hip with skill, I felt much better for it. The only reason not a 5 star review was the room was windowless and airless and as a high risk immunocompromised patient I would have appreciated a hepa air filter or open window.
