Horizon Conservatories

I had a few quotes prior to choosing Horizon Conservatories. I found some companies were happy to try to sell me what they wanted us to buy, not particularly what we wanted.Mark listened to our request & the quote was very competitive.The groundwork was completed to a very good standard, unfortunately this turned out to be a different job than expected. Gareth was not deterred by this & the work was completed on time. He also made sure there was no mess left behind.The actual conservatory build was to a good spec & completed pretty much on time, just a couple of lose ends that held it up. Mark & the team worked well & we are very pleased with the end result.Mark was available to answer any queries & has returned to ensure there are no problems. I would have no hesitation to recommend Horizon Conservatories.

After many phone calls and shopping around for a conservatory we decided to go with Horizon. We felt they offered real value for money and being a family run business gave a real personal touch to our needs. From the moment of contact there was no pressure to buy, which puts you at ease straight away. Mark and Shane were great. They explained things clearly and were very accommodating. We visited the showroom but they also came to the house. The customer service was excellent. The guys that fitted the conservatory were absolutely brilliant! We were really impressed with their efficient standard of work as well as their courteous manners. They cleaned up before they went and were also helpful with their advice. If you want personal service, attention to detail, friendly, value for money and good work without being pressured then I totally recommend Horizon.

Absolutely delighted with our conservatory,fantastic service,very competitive price saving myself much money upon comparing with different quotes from a number of companies. Communication was excellent, always prompt to reply and Mark and Shane will always call to update you the next step.My experience with Mark,Shane,the electrician and the other team has been fabulous from start to finish and will highly recommend this company to anyone. Friendly service, quick appointment and even though with the ongoing pandemic situation their services was delivered on time and they sorted out some other jobs which weren't part of their job.

Absolutely grateful we found them. I would highly recommend them. Very professional, working in timely manner, very good value for the money. All of them are very friendly and polite. Always cleaning after them and not making a mess inside the house. Windows are high quality. We would use again if we need windows, doors or conservatory. Thank you for your excellent job!

Horizon have an excellent and friendly team who are all experts in their field from the base work, plastering, electricians and tilers. They were able to match our house bricks, roof colour , fascia , gutters and offered lots of extras at the end - mounting the heater and removing the kitchen window to make it an open plan kitchen extension. Other companies said our current French doors could not be used for the extension but horizon were able to and also matched the colour and design. Horizon also ensured the work is building reg approved at the end. Our build was solid and airtight - during storm Eunice, any lit candles in the extension did not flicker. We were very impressed with the service from Horizon conservatories from start to finish. The staff were all friendly, professional and knowledgeable & they have done a great job on upgrading our conservatory. We are really pleased with the end result and would highly recommend this company.

Recently had an extension completed by Horizon. Great team and work from start to finish. Great communication from Mark, always ensuring we were informed and happy with things.Nothing was too much work and even did a few extra bits and bobs over and above what was agreed, all for the original quoted price, which was already very reasonable.Family run business and Mark, Shane and the team are all very professional, trustworthy, honest and genuinely care about doing the best job they can, and this shows in the results.Would recommend.
