This fabric shop is amazing, it is fabric heaven. The manager was helpful, kind and patient. There were two other customers,we were all unsure on different types of fabric, and the guy answered all of our questions. a truly exceptional experience.Well worth a visit, I will definitely be returning.

For all your fabrics, wide selection fabulous

As many reviews already said. Lots of fabrics all different textures and it is a bit of a mess. But I found some lovely fabric easily and staff were very helpful. The shop goes on and on through to other rooms at the back even had a room just for plastic tablecloth type fabric and one for upholstery although smaller rooms. Something for everyone. New stuff had arrived too. Most prices were around £7pm and 60 wide. Lots of colours in each fabric. Lace

Bought 4 metres of fabric which was reduced from £8 to £5. It was clearly marked on the ticket. Also bought two cottons at £2.10 each. If my maths are correct that's £24.20. My husband paid.While the transaction was being made the male owner was talking to us the whole time.Whilst walking away from the shop my husband enquired as to how much the fabric was, I said £5 a metre and I bought 4 plus 2 cottons. He said how does that add up to £34.40. which is what we had been charged.Even if he had charged us £8 per metre in error that would have been £32. Plus the two cottons would have been £36.20,none of the maths added up.We think he had literary put a straight £10 add on.My husband walked back to the shop. My husband pointed out that none of the math made sense and a straight £10 had been added to our bill.He refunded us £10 from the til after studying the fabric ticket closely.Check you've been charged correctly!!!!!!

My word, if you love sewing looking for your fabric and sometimes fabric not normally on your radar then look no further. To me this is a treasure island shop / cave full of colour,textures and a vast amount of variety. Fantastic choice with a very friendly price tag. I was amazed on my first visit and since several shops later the level of service is a equally as good always with a smile, friendly and helpful.

A treasure trove of fabrics! The front doesn't look very big but it goes back a long way with so many different types and styles of fabrics for every occasion. There is an order to the sections, but I'd suggest you dig for some of the fabrics in the larger piles as they can get a bit messy. I'll be back here regularly now I know just how vast their selection and how knowledgeable they are to help me!
