Sarah was simply amazing from beginning to end! She knows how to interact beautifully and because of that we have ended up with the most precious wedding photos. We had loads of candid shots and over 100 people at the wedding, which she took completely in her stride! All of our guests commented on how awesome she was, having spent 9 nine hours with us, not missing a single minute of the day. I cannot recommend Sarah enough!

I asked Sarah to take a set of professional photographs to support my new business website Wye Valley Shiatsu. From start to finish Sarah was totally professional with empathy and understanding. She listened to my vision for the work and how the photographs would be used within my website design. Sarah also offered guidance where appropriate about how best to capture the images to represent my new Shiatsu business Wye Valley Shiatsu and how these high quality images could work online. An online album was created swiftly which included a full range from the photoshoot and from this I was able to select what I needed which were then processed and distributed to me within a week. Excellent, highly professional and high quality digital images generated. Thank you

Sarah really captured the joy and happiness of our amazing wedding day! Her photographs have a unique clarity, and the light, colours, effects of black and white, and beautifully selected backgrounds of the greens of the trees make the pictures look so magical. A real fairytale feel to them all. Sarah is super organised, and guided us through the process before our big day. She arranged everything with intricate detail, which enabled us to relax and enjoy our day, knowing that the photography was in safe hands. Sarah was extremely personable, and friendly on the day, and organised the crowds exceptionally well. A very talented photographer, with brilliant organisational skills! Sarah was an absolutely fantastic wedding photographer! Right from the start of planning, she was so helpful and organised and really helped us to plan the day and the photography as we wanted it. Sarah put us at ease through the whole process and put so much thought into framing the photos at our gorgeous venue in a way that suited us. She has been very fast at responding whenever we've had questions and even sent through an early selection of our wedding photos for me before I go away for a long period. We absolutely LOVE our wonderful photos, which capture just how perfect our day was, and really highly recommend Sarah. Thank you so much!

Sorry to say, but the overall experience was not good - in-fact it is turning out to be quite bad. We waited nearly 3 months to finally get the digital files which was a difficult process in itself. After waiting 2 weeks for a reply to an email with our concerns, my only option is to write this review.Here's a summary of our issues with the photos.> Many photos were not in focus.> In my opinion, the flash had not been bounced properly – where flash had been used, people were washed out and in some cases flash has reflected from windows causing unrecoverable over exposure.> Many photos were under or over-exposed, to the point of not being reasonably recoverable, even in RAW.> Framing was poor on many occasions. Boring composition with little thought or extra effort taken to get a good shot.> People – many photos were delivered of people with eyes closed, mouths half open. There was only one shot of myself and my brother, and it is unusable. It was surprising to see a photo like this delivered to a client.> One of the worst offenders was a shot of a hat. It’s not a good photo, (and it’s not even a good hat). See the attached photo.We’re disappointed, but most of all we’re saddened that this special day wasn’t captured to its full potential. Though the brief was loose, as a bare minimum we would expect that candid shots captured the atmosphere and people’s enjoyment well, and that posed groups were well-framed, well-composed, technically sound, and people’s expressions and attire presentable.Worst, there was no response from Sarah regarding our concerns which just feels like either she can't be bothered, is frustrated by our feelings or is just choosing to simply ignore us. No offer to rectify the situation whatsoever, so far.
