SWSS MINI

No stars given ... they have ripped me off for about £6000 .. says they have replaced parts and haven't and yet charged me .. bad communication.. and take forever to do any work ... attitude is horrendous ... GO ELSEWHERE !!

Today we visited by prior appointment with our Mini.We were treated with absolute professionalism, from all the members of the team. The service received was efficient, courteous, prompt and polite.The explanation of the works undertaken was clear, concise and on budget.This business is a credit to itself and a great example of why there is always a better option than that of the less personable main agent.Well done to all.

Have been going to Swiss Mini for few years now. The staff are very lovely, kind, helpful, and very clever. They always get the job done super quickly with very outstanding service and high quality. They keep you informed of what needs to be done and they are very transparent. Very lucky that I have found them and super grateful for their service.

I swear I had posted a review for these guys but clearly not!Anyway....I've been using SWSS as my trusted MINI/BMW Specialist for nearly three years now.From the first phone call they have been the most professional and helpful bunch of people, putting some main dealers to shame.They've done various work on my wife's JCW from fitting a diffuser to some major front suspension work and routine oil changes.All work has been carried out with the highest craftsmanship and the car always comes out feeling better than new!To top it off Phil and Gareth are seriously helpful and make a lot of time to talk to me and my wife about our cars, as a result I've bought a BMW based on knowing that there is a specialist that I can trust.George who joined last year is a great guy too.The guys in the workshop are really friendly too which is a nice change as you normally see robots at main dealers.If you own a MINI or a BMW then look no further than SWSS!

Fantastic service from Phil in having no problems in looking at a Cooper S Countryman we recently bought. Phil's knowledge was excellent and help alleviate any initial doubts over our purchase will definitely use for servicing as and when needed. Thank You

My first visit to swss mini today i was met by George who was very curtious and professional he spent the time to explain every part of the service he was going to carry , out I was very impressed, when I picked my car up once again he went through everything and explained exactly what they done the car was valeted free of charge, I have found someone who really cares, will definitely be using swss mini from now on .

Great service, helpful staff with great communication throughout, and a very competitive cost. Would recommend if your BMW needs any work.

Guys at SWSS Mini were a pleasure. Was kept informed throughout the day including video footage of the visual inspection that was more informative than the ones from the main dealer. Overall very satisfied with the service on my mini and at a very respectable price compared to the main dealer! Will 110% be returning in the future
