The Phone system is designed to NOT let you speak to someone, I tried various option numbers to try and talk to someone, each gives you a link to a website then hangs up on you... rubbish!

Dreadful.Dreatful ,DreadfulI have tried every option on the phone. None of them put you through to anybody. they do not answer e mail. completely useless.Goverment at its worst.

Absolutely abysmal. There is no apparent way to speak to anyone - every telephone option I tried put me through to a recorded message telling me to use their website and then disconnected my call. If industry ran to the standards of our Government the country would be bankrupt.

No help for small businesses, you cant speak to anyone, thought the Government were meant to help us. SHAME ON THEM !!
