This Studio is top class. The service is second to none from when you enter, to the consultation, to the treatment and the results. Always a warm, friendly welcome from Ross and the team on arrival which puts you at ease from the start. I needed guidance on the treatment that would be best for me and through an in-depth consultation Cat was able to help me to decide on the procedures that would give me the best results for my investment. I would say definitely do this meet with Cat before making any decisions. This stage of the process was invaluable, because there are so many different treatments available now, having someone with such a wealth of knowledge in the area, a good eye and the right amount of professional honesty meant that I got what was right for me instead of basing my decisions on online research or what friends have had done. On having each procedure - Cat talked me through everything so I knew what to expect and there was NO PAIN - the thought of which I think might make people hesitate going ahead with a procedure but this is not something you have to worry about at Fit & Skin. Cat has an eye for detail and an extremely high-end approach to her work. The processes and attention paid to hygiene standards were at all times impeccable - this place is immaculate and Cat does not accept anything less than the very best in every area. A few weeks on and I am very pleased with my results I feel fresher, firmer and lifted - even better I feel that I have now found a Studio and a practitioner that I can return to with confidence in the future.

Fit and Skin was one of the first places I visited since the lock down in March for personal training with Ross. It was clear before lock down that the facilities were cleaned to a very high standard but I felt very reassured that social distancing rules were also being followed and carried out well.Ross is very professional and supports you to achieve your full potential. The sessions I have had are always varied and fun as well as extremely effective (stairs are not my friend for a few days after!).I would 100% recommend Fit and Skin for anyone who is anxious or having doubts. The service is second to none and the facilities are both modern and immaculate.

I have been attending Cryotherapy at Fit and Skin twice a week for the past couple of weeks now, and I have to say it has helped so much with my muscle soreness and fatigue. The benefits are endless and my body feels SO MUCH better. Not only do fit and skin provide top quality treatments, they provide so much knowledge and insight to go along with their treatments also. They only want the best for their customers - great team, great service.

Recently had hydrotherapy at fit & skin. The service received from staff was wonderful, they were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about other treatments that could be helpful. As a chronic pain suffer with low back pain, muscle tightness, nerve pain, joint pain, digestion and sleep issues I'm please to say it helped everything.The treatment itself was as relaxing as possible given that it is a very deep massage with high pressure jets. Penetrating deeper into the muscles it provided longer lasting relief than a traditional deep tissue massage. The heat of the water relaxed the muscles so it was not painful at the time or after.They focused on the areas that I have issues with, which are multiple and even gave a traditional shoulder massage in addition to the treatment.There was also a lovely relaxing spa bath with ambient lighting within the bath and the lights off in the room on completion of the treatment.Overall I would recommend trying both the centre in general for any of their services and hydrotherapy specifically for anyone that may need to recover from injury or suffering from any acute or chronic health conditions.I will be returning and trying different treatments to hopefully aid in my eventually recovery/ giving me the best quality of life possible.Thank you Fit&Skin Studio for a great experience.

THE BEST FACIAL EVER-HydraFacial at fit and skin studio. Kat knows what she is doing and does it to highest level/standard. It was done perfectly from start to finish. Just perfect! I noticed immediate results. Super clear and glowing facial skin. I always had reservation with facials but since this one, I am in for regular one at fit and skin. Thank you!

I couldn’t recommend Fit and Skin enough, the team is very professional and welcoming. I have had 2 hydra facials at fit and skin and I can’t wait to try their other ones. My skin feels amazing and has cleared up so much already. I have also had a full body massage which I will definitely be back for. They offer so many amazing treatments and I look forward to trying some of them out.

I have been visiting Fit and Skin Studio for a couple of years and over this time I have received only a super professional service. Catalina’s approach to clients is second to none. You can see in every treatment her amazing passion and desire to help her clients. All of this in an extremely clean and friendly environment. One thing for sure, Catalina’s business can be an example for many and an ambition for others to strive to. Taking all into consideration, I have no hesitation to recommend Fit and Skin Studio to anyone and personally I am looking forward to my next visit there.

I cannot recommend this place enough! The staff are always really welcoming and Kat always listens to my needs and provides me with the best advice/service. I have had 6 body rollers so far and I have noticed a huge difference. I’m an active gym goer and the treatment has really helped release muscle tension (particularly in my quads, hamstrings and lower back). And on an aesthetic plus, my skin (particularly my stomach and legs) appears smoother and firmer. Other than that, the reception and treatment rooms are very relaxing, which can be quite unusual for a skin clinic. The staff are always professional and from my experience do not offer you unnecessary treatments if you do not require them, providing me with a lot of trust and comfort in their ethics.
