Pulteney Dental Practice

As one who’s little fearful of receiving dental treatment I was apprehensive about getting treatment from my new dentist. But Dr. Jiten Doshi was amazing. His technique for injections meant there was virtually no pain, even the front upper area. Great teamwork with his assistant with both caring, considerate and reassuring throughout the treatment.Lots of attention was paid to colour and polished finish and also ensuring trouble free flossing. End result is excellent. I said to him afterwards “I can’t say it as a pleasant experience but I wouldn’t say it was an unpleasant experience either.”Overall superb care and service. Thank you team!

I attended this practice for years but after a bad experience in Bristol, and other dentists (even private ones) refusing to take me on, I went back. Receptionists were very friendly and helpful (a contrast to the ones I spoke to in Bristol!) and dentist and hygienist first rate. It was great to feel treated like a valued customer, which is not something I've felt for a few years in other dentists.

I was really nervous to go to the dentist but the whole experience at this practice was so perfect, from booking to treatment, that I have totally lost my fear. My dentist and dental nurse were kind and calming, explained all the steps and turned a frightening experience into an enjoyable one. I absolutely recommend this practice and look forward to returning soon!! Thank you.

We attended this dentist for the first time with my 2 year old for a check up. Everyone was very friendly and Tom the dentist was lovely with my son, as well as being very knowledgeable and helpful with my questions. Thank you!

I had an excellent experience with Dr Jiten Doshi and nurse Julia having my four front teeth crowned following an accident. I am quite a nervous patient but Dr Doshi administered local anaesthetics so carefully that I felt no pain and was comfortable throughout a long procedure. My new teeth are beautiful and look completely natural. Thank you for your care team!

Had my best dental appointment to date this week!I had a troubled wisdom tooth removed here a couple of days ago and was so impressed with everything!Firstly the professionalism of the staff and Covid 19 precautions made me feel very comfortable and safe. Secondly, this was my first tooth extraction and I didn't for one second feel worried about it because I was in such great hands!I was in the building for less than 20minutes. The extraction was done under local anaesthetic, with no issue and lots of care. I was warned there could be some swelling, bruising and pain and to take pain killers for this. I left the practice very happy having not felt a thing and not quite believing a tooth had just been pulled out of my mouth! I didn't get any pain that day, though did take paracetamol as had been advised to. But did not need to take pain killers the next day as there was no bruising, and honestly no pain!So very happy!

Fantastic first visit to this practice. I booked a hygienist appointment and was allocated Simla who was one of the best hygienists I've ever been to. She was friendly and professional and unlike other hygienists did not preach or lecture me on my dental care routine. Receptionists were welcolming and helpful too.

Today was our first appointment at the practice after a bad experience at our previous dentist. From the first phone call it has been brilliant! My daughter is autistic and Ellie the dentist was fabulous with her - so glad we’ve found such a nice dentist!

Had a hygienist appointment with Sim who was fantastic. It was my first appointment with a hygienist and she was so gentle and caring, and also gave great advice / information based on my unique case. Felt like being pampered <3 this is a great practice. Very well run and welcoming in general.
