Absolutely disgraceful! Bunch of sickening driving, this company proves that if you pay peanuts you get monkeys! Office members are a bunch of lying trainwrecks!!!! ALWAYS call the police even if the driver apologizes and admits fault for whatever reason! These people should be stopped!!

it sadly uses two of my most hated buses (228,218) which use streetlites. can you scrap these streetlites? but i say the other buses are good enough, so 3 stars!

We used the service and the tube with help from staff right out of Heathrow. With a bank day holiday there were many closed stations in London. Staff working were fantastic with knowledge, service and eager to help. High five to them all! We really appreciate using public transit. Wish we had this back home in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada

worst transport company in london, if you need to take bus 452, change your route, drivers are not able to stop at the first stop after leaving the garage, it seems like an invisible stop, i believe this company does not train its drivers !!

Whoever manage these routes is not consistant at all so you can't rely on their bus routes at peak times or even non peak times. They tend to finish the route before the end of it and usually communicate late what is going on. Almost Every single day they are regulating the service what means will be quicker to walk than being inside the bus and ok I understand this needs to happen from time to time but they don't same to get it right ever. Buses in the morning run every 10-15 or sometimes 20 mins apart what means look for a different route. Generally disappointed, the route I use everyday used to be amazing but all change about two years ago. Still hoping they cone back to their old self or change back to the old management team.

Worked here in the Engineering dept for 6 months. Great place to work, with friendly workshop staff. Management are some of the best I've worked under. A real decent firm to work for.

Bus drivers are doing it great job, it's not easy driving the general public around

On the 4th September 2021 my wife and I traveled on the 452 bus from Notting hill to Ladbroke Grove. The driver gave a nice smile as we boarded.We got off the bus in Ladbroke Grove and a few minutes later my wife realised she had left her bag on the bus!I went back to the bus stop on the opposite side of the road and flagged down about three 452 buses and all the drivers let me get on the bus to have a look for the bag.One lady driver who I think was called Marianna was really helpful and got out her mobile telephone to give me the lost property number and called her controller via her radio. She apologised to the passengers for the delay and they were fine.Eventually the next 452 along with the smiling driver ( VRM BU16 UXN) pulled up, opened his driver’s door and handed me the missing bag, asking me to check the contents. I thanked him very much.It made my day the honesty and kindness of the bus drivers.Tower Transit should be proud of their staff.
