Food was lovely, waitress was really nice but the restaurant is massively understaffed. All was OK with the starters and mains, but had to ask multiple times for child's ice cream as it kept not being put through. Then the same happened with our desserts. We ended up being there for almost 2 hours and at least half of an hour of that was waiting for a slice of cheesecake and a scoop of ice cream. For a Saturday tea time you really need to have more than one waitress on the floor, that poor woman was serving everybody and it was so busy.

We visited Zizzi's on 29th December and had a very nice meal. We both had pizzas and they were both delicious, and we also loved the chocolate melt dessert. A big thank you to Wes who was our waiter who was very friendly and chatty during during our visit and went above and beyond with looking after everyone in the restaurant :)

Quality seems to have dropped a lot. A year ago when I last went there to collect a pizza they put it in the oven when I arrived so it would be nice and hot. The staff were very friendly and the food was really nice. This time I arrived 10 minutes early to collect my order and it was already bagged up. The pizza was almost stone cold so I have no idea how long it had been sitting there. It was also a lot smaller than the one I got last year with barely any cheese.Very disappointed. Not worth the money and I won't eat there again.

Service was appalling. No one even came to take our order we had to do it ourselves online. We are waiting for the bill as I type this as we have requested to cancel drinks we ordered over half an hour ago an didn’t receive. Been waiting for 15 minutes for the bill. No one has asked how our food was or anything. People asking if they can order food. Wayne ( service manager ) was not welcoming at all. Didn’t ask if we was enjoying our food. Barking orders at a young girl. Absolutely appalling service all round. Feel sorry for the young girl working as she was getting pushed to take angry customers orders.

Many of the items on the menu were not available. My chicken was kind of cold inside (I believe because the food is prepared in advance and frozen). The staff was super helpful, however the fact that they have only a few items available, that was a really negative point.

After a lovly late afternoon of shopping, we decided to go to this establishment for a meal around 730pm. After walking in through the door and standing waiting to be seated, we were walked past the two members of staff at least 3 times each without a word, let alone eye contact or a welcome. I wouldn't even have minded if they'd said Hi

Service was slow and took a while but the food was great as always! Though the food seems a lot smaller than usual but recommend the truffle white based pizza!

Our first experience at a Zizzi…We arrived at 12:30 on a Saturday expecting the place to be packed but happily we managed to get a table straight away - we had a nice booth tucked away in the corner.I visited the toilets first of all which, let me just say.. the corridor definitely took me by surprise! - Each toilet is in its own little room with your own personal sink, I think it’s the best way to have public toilets.First of all, we ordered drinks which was 2x glass bottle cokes which are the best type - our drinks came with a complimentary portion of pasta crisps. We ordered a cheesy garlic bread without the caramelised onions for starter which arrived pre-sliced and was really delicious, it could’ve done with a little more cheese though. For mains, my partner had spaghetti bolognese and I had the pepperoni campagna pizza with added chicken. The pizza was delicious, a little unbalanced on the toppings, it was nice and full on the right side of the pizza compared to the left side but I was full by the time I reached that side anyway! - Bonus points for the mini pizza cutter, that was brilliant. The food was generally good, my partner said the spaghetti needed a little salt to bring the flavour out but it was a good sized portion and both meals were made with quality ingredients.During the main course, I ordered a couple of “softail” drinks; the Pineapple Punch and the Passion Fruitini - I wasn’t very impressed with these, they were far too sweet and mostly filled with ice, I just expected more for from two drinks that cost £9.90.The staff were generally friendly, we did keep hearing one of the chefs shouting at one of his co-workers, something about a metal bowl but he was very loud and aggressive - not something you want to have on show if you’re going to have a open kitchen in your restaurant. We used the QR code to pay our bill which was a nice and easy way to do it.

£15.95 for the worst pepperoni pizza ever. The thinnest base ever and as a result like eating a crisp bread. See photo my knife was almost as thick! Pepperoni pieces the size of 1p pieces and not existent mozzarella. Do you know you’re supposed to have cheese on a pizza? My son made better pizza's when he was 6! Also incredibly slow service. Avoid!
