I’ve been to this store since it opened in March 29 2018. The staff all just get on with their jobs and will help you if you need assistance. One of the fellows who is a regular there always acknowledges me whenever I enter. Which is nice. The store has aisles that contain drinks, sandwiches, bakery, chocolates, biscuits, yoghurts, fruit & veg, fresh meats (in packaging), frozen foods and ice creams, easy to heat ready meals, toiletries, alcohol, crisps and a Costa Coffee machine. They also have a cash machine located near the far end of the store where the small fresh bakery is. Which is useful.I would say that there are specific times in the day where aisles are empty and need to be restocked frequently, such as the sandwich and drinks sections. I assume during morning and lunch that those during lunch break all get their items. Which is why around 3pm onwards there is a limited selection. Around 7.30 pm and there after they appear to have replenished the smaller drinks area which contains juices like Tropicana etc. So timing is an important thing to consider when you make a trip. They have tills where you can pay in person as well as the self service ones which require you to use your cash cards. Personally, I will use these tills as it’s fast and straight forward. If I have large purchases I will go directly to the human cashiers. It depends on the day I go shopping and what I buy, along with how busy the place is. I like having the choice. It’s a convenience store that facilitates all things but on a less grander scale. You get what you want and leave. Simple.

Clean, fresh and modern layout with a good variety of items to choose from. Prices are inline with other convenience stores (higher than Tesco). There is a conveniently placed ATM machine in the far left corner of the store. On my visit one of the on shelf promotions wasn't adequately described and the staff were not helpful or attentive.

Well stocked and helpful staff. Got ATM. Have delivery through Deliveroo. Unlike other retailers you can buy one can of beer out of pack. Great experience both walk in and through delivery.

Very poor service I had to go find a starf member to get served. They are rude and unhelpful maybe they should be sent on customer service courses. The shelfs are always empty and has a very poor selection very expensive and poor quality..I wouldn't even give this store half a star...

New Co Op store carrying the usual small store goods, limited parking and disable friendly. Nice range of sandwiches and a Costa coffee dispenser.

Staff are not friendly in the slightest and stock levels vary but the food is good quality with frequent good offers (especially on short-dated goods) and this branch supports the local community

The Asian guy and fat young female very bad and rudely. Chatting customer.Extra 50% haven't give to customer and attitude is not good very bad person here.Did you see 1 small box strawberry £7.6 ?! The Asian guy and fat female staff chatting customer. Full price is £3.75 ,but it night time so half price is should be around £1.8 that’s a normal price. They think customer haven’t know how much 1 box strawberry ?? So funny!!! How come 1 box strawberry £7.6? It’s just normal strawberry! Not gold ! Keep complain to the staff.

As my local store (not including an off licence and a hardware store), I use this branch multiple times a week. It has an ok range of stuff. Pretty much, what you'd expect from a small supermarket style location. I have to say. The prices over the years have gone a bit higher than I'd like. Yes, i accept that, that is the case in general for the current economy. But, it really does affect ones bottom line when you rely on it for your day-to-day top up shops. And especially as some of the own brand products are just not great quality. I would like to mention a member of their team. Sashela. She is a wonderfully outward and pleasant person who can be seen engaging with the customers and has seemed to spearhead the various charity events held in store over the years. With more staff like her and with a bit of attention from the brand. This place could be a fantastic and beloved hub for this corner of teddington.
