With my husband collecting his mobility car .Nick who served us was lovely, had a great manner

Staff was nice friendly on the phone and to be fair they were garage at the quickest could help me. So my van went in as for 2 nd time same fault appeared . So went in and was told fixed software update . Not even two months later same fault so another tank fuel up to Elgin drops van off this time was told van needs a service need to be done as oil was poor in van and would not work on the computer machine with bad oil . So service was £359’i asked just to change oil and filters so was told be £280 expensive oil they must use. So said go ahead with service . 5 minutes late i calls back to cancel it to be told by only they had started the service they had also found fault . Not bad going that. So it was some sensor needing replaced under warranty great problem solved . Had to wait for part can’t be helped gets van back and three weeks later on comes the fault so yet again van in limp mode and told there extremely busy ( maybe because most vans and cars have problems worrying I don’t know ) so will now have to wait over month to get van looked at for third time . Bit annoying been in twice with same problem and still they can’t fix it properly . And every time you phone all the lady says have you been doing short runs . Infact I’ve been doing a lot miles but i also know hundreds of work people with vans and someA lot older than my 20 plate van with only 20 000 miles on clock and don’t have as Mutch bother with there vans .

Good, friendly service and helpful staff. My daughter bought her car from here and has used them for the last three years for services. Timed slot for the service as not local and she was offered a lift in to town centre as it’s a wee bit of a walk and weather wasn’t great. Nice to be nice.

Fantastic service from Nick & John helping me to get my car booked in for a recall. Needed it done as soon as because I’m trying to sell the car. John called me & offered an appointment whenever I could manage (when other Vauxhall dealers are booking 4-6 weeks away!) which means I can get my recall done and don’t lose the sale of my car. Saw a car that the wife would like on their website. Phonecall to Elgin Regency to be informed car was in Inverness. No problem as car delivered to Elgin for us to see and deal done same day. Superb customer service done in a polite and friendly manner by the Elgin Sales Team.
