Appalling service, if you want help regarding your case good luck trying to get help from here!! I have spent months upon months trying to deal with just one matter and still over a year and half later no further forward and the entire court system managed to lose all the relevant paperwork surrounding my case amongst many other things they've managed to get wrong!! What a great system they use!! NOT!!!!
