I rate zems Academy 10/10, highly professional, my lecturers were top notch. I would recommend zems to anyone whoever wants to have a successful career in security. Above all I felt like part of the zems family, everyone was treated equally and professionally, the staff were ever willing to help and always with a smile. I am barely a month old in the country, zems academy has totally wiped out my biases. They truly adhere to the equality act and made me feel so much at home. I am eternally grateful for imparting such amount of knowledge at such short time. It shows how highly professional zems academy.

Zems Academy is one of the best SIA course training centres in the Midland region.The staff here are very qualified to deliver an excellent course material, they are very co-operative and helpful, the office staff are very understanding and helpful too.Our tutor Mr. Mohammed Jalil, is a very skillful and experienced, patient and collaborative, he helped us in many ways, made the course material easy to understand and digest, even the student colleagues were great.Not to forget, Mr. Shabir, the First Aid trainer was great too.Based on my experience in DS roles, I confidently recommend Zems Academy for new students as well as top up students.

This academy has taught me the requirements and mannerisms of a door supervisor very well. The teaching was very in depth and interactive and I overall cannot think of anything I would change; my instructor Mohammed Jalil was exceptional at teaching and ensured everybody in the class understood everything they needed to. The staff are all very friendly and are always willing to assist you. Overall I had a great experience here.
