One star is simply too much. After the last year strikes strikes strikes.. came to an agreement with the money, put the prices up, only to constantly get 15-20 min delays every day .. it’s completely unreliable. Same goes for every other railway company in uk. Awful!!

No better than London Midland who were terrible as well, you need to get some train crews so you can operate properly and stop cancelling services especially the Dorridge - Worcester line.

Constantly delayed trains, its rare that they come on time. Often 2-3 trains get cancelled in a row with no heads up. They only inform us after already waited 30 mins for the train that was late and then refuse the requests for ticket refunds

Worst Midlands Trains! Another's days efforts destroyed. Left stranded looking at a screen of abandoned services, bus replacements are comically uninformed.

We traveled to and from Birmingham News Street and Walsall. I purchased our tickets in advance and got inexpensive tickets. The customer service was outstanding. The employees were pleasant and helpful. The fast train was great because it did not make a lot of stops. It was easy and convenient to get to and from the train. I highly recommend West Midlands Trains.

Not a bad place at all everyone was friendly etc but the place looks old and needs renovation. Go if you must but don't if you don't have to. I wouldn't recommend this place unless it is last resort. People and area are really nice though and would definitely recommend checking out the area.

It's practical clean and efficient to visit. Not my idea of such a fast track service, parking is restricted and rigorously enforced so delay when it comes to psy.

Yesterday I bought 1st class return tickets from Birmingham New Street to Euston. We travelled to Euston on a West Midlands train. There was almost no distinction between 1st class and the rest of the train. There was no refreshment of any sort and tickets were not inspected. In fact we did not see any member of staff on the train. I feel cheated because I have not received anything that could be described as 1st class! By comparison: we have just returned on an Avanti train. There was a clear demarkation between Ist class and the rest. Tickets were inspected before the journey started and at least one person was moved out. The refreshments were extensive and good quality. We had cider, coffee, charcuterie, cake, water and we could have had more. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and this was genuinely a 1st class experience with Avanti.
