NHS Car Park

Decent car park. Managed to find a space and much cheaper than Warwickshire hospitals. Payment was simple.

I was disgusted at what happened when we had to pay. I put £10 in the machine for a £5 charge, and guess what? No change given. Where was the notice, not in a prominent position, it wasn't until you are stood there really looking, do you see the small sign that says, 'no change given'. It should be in big bold letters at eye level. Not down by your knees. Who's looking down there. It actually really upset me as I felt I'd been physically robbed. Well, I guess I was. What if the person who lost £5, didn't have any more money? It might have been their last money until payday. It's a lot of money to steal from someone because that's what it's called. Plus, to save money, the car park doesn't monitor its capacity, so you drive around for almost your entire free period looking for a space to park. Not a good experience, it ruined my day which was a shame because we'd actually had some nice news at the hospital.

Totally inadequate parking facilities for the hospital. People endlessly driving round and round looking for parking spots. I had to let my wife go for her appointment while I stayed with the car parked in a gangway just in case anyone wanted to leave (which they didn't in just over 1 hour). Payed £3 for the experience. Won't ever drive there again, will use a train, always assuming that they happen to be operating.

Had no trouble parking , it's getting out that the problem with the pay station so slow ..You can use the app to supposedly be quicker but then charge you a extra 20p for the convenience of not waiting in the pay station queue.. I know only 20p but add up if your there every day ....

Carpark rammed full as usual. Went to pay for my tick £3 for 2 Hrs when unfortunately the heavens opened. The 2 machines are located inside a perspex canopy which unfortunately only has half a roof and half a side. Result, all three of us using the pay machines might as well have been stood outside as we were soaked!Ok yes I accept most carpark machines are in the open, but if you are providing a shelter perhaps it could be kept intact?

Typically difficult to find a space. Too few marked spaces with vehicles taking up more room than necessary. About time the hospital built a proper 2/3 storied car park to accommodate all staff and visitors. They expand the hospital but don't increase the car park. (The same applies to Castle Hill.)

No payment machine out of action, told to ay at the day surgery closed, told to go to the third floor of the main hospital security office, told to go on line, go on line, the thing is a joke. 20 minutes parking already 2 hours trying to sort out, the NHS IS A JOKE. Arrived for my appointment the doors locked, total rubbish.

Getting on no problemPaying another matter.The pay machine was not working .I had to down load an app, This allowed me to pay my parking, £5. But also charged me 20p for using the app. They call it a convenience fee. I call it day light robbery. A well deserved 1 star.

Absolutely rubbish only 1 pay machine working for 2 weeks que was very long to pay most nights cost me an extra 2 pound just standing in the queue what a joke and not fair

Terrible, just terrible. Nowhere near enough spaces after 10 in the morning it's full. The joke is plenty of spaces could be created if someone with a brain was to walk round they would see that
