Simply Life Drawing
Went for the first time yesterday and was very impressed. The whole session was so relaxing and fun and I completely lost track of time. Session leaders Bethan and Katie were very professional, as was the model. Tea and homemade cake in the middle was a lovely touch. Would definitely come back again!

I really cannot recommend anyone who is interested in life drawing, whatever your ability, to go as hosts Bethan and Katie are really friendly and encouraging and give great advice. I thoroughly enjoyed this and will defo be attending many more times! Highly recommended

I have loved going to these classes! Katie and Bethan have created a calm atmosphere for everyone to experience something different. They have relaxing music, tea and coffee, cake and expert teaching. This was a new experience for me and I was a little nervous, but I thoroughly enjoyed it and look forward to going again! Katie shares a focus point every session and gives advice throughout to help you improve. I love these sessions and feel like I’m definitely improving! Thank you, girls!

I had a great time at the class. Bethan and Katie were very welcoming and provided all the equipment. I was a bit worried at first both with the awkwardness of a naked model and my drawing abilities but the session was very tasteful and the on hand support helped me get past the difficult features (hands, feet, faces).I found it very therapeutic listening to the relaxing music and taking time to draw which I wouldn't usually make time to do. The tea and cake was a nice touch and overall a very fun and unique experience. I highly recommend and will definitely be going back again soon.

From having avoided drawing for 30+ years under the presumption I couldn't draw with no point in trying, I have now been to a few classes and have enjoyed every minute. Katie takes the time in each class to help us focus on a specific attribute (face, hands etc.) to help us learn key techniques, and is so helpful in sharing feedback and suggestions to help me improve and transform the shapeless image on my page to something that resembles the life model a little more!For me it's also been an opportunity to step away from my busy life for a couple hours and focus on something beyond a screen, and is now a regular part of my mindfulness routine!Highly recommend if you are either keen to try something new, build your current skills or take the time to relax!

My partner and I had such a lovely afternoon with Bethan and Katie, who were both very friendly and welcoming! They taught us some great drawing techniques for 2 complete beginners - we can’t wait to come back again!

I've been to so many life drawing classes, and this one tops them all. I've before never had the tutor spending time with me during the class guiding me as I draw, this is just what I needed to build me confidence in the art. Highly recommended it!!!

I love the class. I enjoy drawing and struggle to get back into it, but this really does give me the inspiration. No judgement for anyone that isn’t confident. A very comfortable setting with lots of friendly people and support.
