First class, visited this morning, had black coffee chai and Steve 's cake. My friend rated the chai exceptional, the coffee was the best I have had in a long time and I admit I am very fussy. The cake was a complete treat. The venue spotless, atmosphere inviting and relaxing. Chairs comfortable Customer service First class. Will be back next week. When they open full time this will be my regular haunt without any doubt

Amazing new chai shop in Bristol! I tried the smash burger which was genuinely better than most actual burger spots and the milk cake which was just as delicious

Unreal karak chai, and coffees too. Best milk cake I’ve ever had too and friendly staff. Definitely recommend!

Feel lucky to have come for opening weekend! Bahram, the ChaiGuy, is so friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere is relaxing and the Karak chai is absolutely delicious. I had a taster of the homemade milk cake, which is something I’ve never had before. Incredible! Will be back :)

Absolutely incredible experience. We have been waiting for a great South Asian style tea house in Bristol for AGES. And ChaiGuy has finally arrived! The first thing I want to mention is the hospitality. In true Asian style, we were welcomed in and seen to with friendliness and proper etiquette. The staff explained what each item on the menu was and helped us place our order. The stand out item had to be the saffron milk cake! Wow, what a delight! It’s perfectly delicate yet so more-ish. The portions are so generous; there’s no way you won’t leave satisfied. Everything was spot on, I’m sure they’ll be seeing plenty of me. Cannot recommend you try enough!

Such delicious chai! They also do great coffees too. We also tried the milk cake which was such a treat.The place has a very relaxed and warm decor. Would make a great spot for a catch up or even a couple of hours of working.We'll definitely be back!

I just went for Tea and tasted amazing Milk cake and it was mind-blowing tasty...I recommend everyone taste and feel it. It's really superb.

Really outstanding. I’m very unfamiliar with Chai or milk cake, but both were very delicious and perfectly complementary. It’s a bit far from where we live…but we will travel for this welcoming experience. Well done!
