Such a beautiful place to walk. The views are stunning. One of our dog walking favourite places to go.The worst part is driving up there because it's very steep and narrow!

Absolutely lovely views, and a great place to take the dog for a walk.

Amazing views on a clear day over the island and out to sea. Lots of places to park with footpaths going in all directions.Access is up a steep & narrow single track road but it is entirely worth it. The few times we went up we only met another car once so it is often very quiet.A great space to let children & animals roam freely with a pill box or two to explore.

We walked up the steep hill to the top but it is possible to park at there. There seemed to be ample spaces to park. Panoramic views over the Isle of Wight.

Amazing views from an easy, level walk. You can see from Portland Bill to Beachy Head - just over 1/3 of the South Coast of England.

This foggy day story started at ZIGZAG road, yes, zigzag. After the cool, fresh touch given by the Mist god, everything became talkative. “Hi”, a gentle sound came from a cute red house, “Morning”, we replied. Then, we chatted for a while about the weather, and etc. The little red seemed a little bit sad when we was saying goodbye. But we have to go due to the noisy belly. The story ended by encountering the family meeting of cows after we left the hilltop of Shanklin Down. Oh, by the way, two magicians have cured a depressive door as we passing by, thanks to them.

Nice view. Great Outdoors walk. A bit windy at time but we'll worth it

We were looking forward to reaching the trig point along the path only to come across cows with calves! Not willing to risk it for the sake of reaching a trig point.
