Good quality repair and nice valet service. Negative aspect was that I had to pursue them through Ageas to get my car released. I made the mistake of giving them the benefit of the doubt when they were unable to supply a courtesy car. I managed for 2 days but 6 days was not on. Will try to avoid in the future.

I have nothing but praise for the Luton Center. They dealt efficiently with all the logistics involved with shipping my car between three 'organisations', kept me regularly appraised of progress (mainly Gem) and completed the small area of bodywork repair to a high standard. Not sure what more I could have expected. I note the negative comments but I rate them highly based on my very recent experience.

My car went for repairs to one touch repairs in March through Tesco car insurance to body repairs. Quality of the work was Average and I found a few things like puncture kit, mat missing, jack and wheels lock/key missing from the boot.It’s been six months now and no resolution yet maybe they sell on eBay for cheap profits

Flat out liars avoid at all costs!They recovered the wife's car following an accident (<20mph impact to rear bumper on a 14 plate car) then took 3 weeks to evaluate the damage as apparently they didn't have the specialist evaluator required then having told her it was repairable they changed their mind several days later and said it wasn't economical to repair and wrote the car off and sold it on to another company in Nottingham for scrap with the wife's personal contents still inside the vehicle!At the point of being told the car was written off we had agreed with 1 Touch that her belongings would be returned when they collected the courtesy car, naturally for this bunch of cowboys they failed to keep their side of the arrangement and shipped her car off with her possessions still inside it.Just look at the amount of negative reviews for this shambles of a business, how or why insurance companies continue to deal with them is beyond me.Would I recommend them? Hell no!

Absolutely shocking service! Tesco bank car insurance chose this garage to repair my car. They took it and brought it back with shocking repairs the parking sensor was pushed in, bumper not fitting, I rejected the repair and they took my car back. 15 days later they returned my car with nothing else done to it!! So for 15 days I was lied to while they used my car for personal use. So now I have a unrepairable car unable to drive it and I have to pay for my courtesy car because they haven't offered to! Terrible communication never get a call back, cannot resolve thus even tesco bank insurance aren't helping! Avoid avoid avoid!!! Never use this garage!!

Please avoid at all costs!!Please avoid at all costs!!! My car was meant to be repaired at Milton Keynes branch ( the insurance selected this garage) . On few attempts to collect the vehicle from body shop ( due to poor quality of work) finally we got the vehicle back, only to find that bodyshop has never connected the air intake box back which resulted in turbo damage which costed me £2000 to repair. ABL denied that they caused damage there fore we had no choice but to involve ombudsman services . To top the poor customer service of we also found out our sd maps for navigation has been stolen as well. I could go on and on but please if you wish to not have any issues avoid avoid avoid!!! The length from the vehicle repair started to receiving the vehicle which I couldn’t even drive and had to be further repaired took believe it or not six months.

Terrible company, worked for them for about a year as a driver. The amount of reworks that we was getting back everyweek was awful. Out of 10 cars repaired guaranteed 5 would come back because they rushed jobs through to reach their target. Everyweek I was bringing the same cars back , they replaced real audi and BMW bodywork parts with Cheap Chinese replacement and managers lie through there teeth never deliver what they say they will lie to get your business, DO NOT GET YOUR CAR REPAIRED HERE IF YOU WANT YOUR CAR REPAIRED TO A GOOD STANDARD THIS IS NOT THE PLACE P.S the fact are you get reworks back everyweek and you replace audi Mercedes and BMW body parts with cheap replacement I will not remove my posts when everything i have said is true!!please if your thinking of going here please just look at the reviews , as I said in used to work there and all of what I have said has been confirmed by there customers , in the past year the place has had nothing but bad reviews avoid at all costs!!!

1 star is too much for this garage but that's the minimum it allows me to give or else 0 star fits perfectly for this garage. Terrible service. My car has been referred by Tesco Bank car insurance for repair with this garage. They took my car 1 week after the accident and gave me damaged courtesy car after 1 week. I returned the car back and they gave me another courtesy car which was manual. Can't drive manual so had to refuse to take it and after 3 weeks they gave me a small car. Then after few weeks they said my car is ready come and collect it. I went to collect my car. The Air conditioner was not working. I told the manager. He was insisting its working. After few minutes he agreed that its not. He said that somebody will ring me to come and refill the gas. When my wife was driving home she realised the signal was not working one side. Once home and parked we checked and realised that its not working and we had to go back to the garage. They fixed it. Then drove home again. The Ac guy came home for refill and once he looked at my car he said it has not been fixed. The AC grid is damaged and its leaking. That hasn't been fixed. Took the car back to the garage and since then my car has been there. The manager is VERY rude. Since taking my car back there I have been told nearly 10 times to come and pick my car. Its fixed. Once there car each time is not working properly. AC was blowing hot air and the manager was insisting its cold air. 3 weeks ago they said come to collect the car its been repaired and once I was there my car was not even on the premises and head officewas adamantits repaired ready to collect whilst it wasn't. Some mechanic took it to a different garage to check what's wrong with my car. I asked the other garage if they did any repair in my car as I have used the other garage service before and they said no. But this manager at 1 touch was saying its been fixed come and collect the car. My wife said may be this time they did it but once again when we went there straightaway we could see some parts hanging out of my front bumper and AC still not working. The front cover covering the fan, radiator and ac was missing. I called them to show them why this keeps happening. Look it not fully repaired and once again the manager was not coming out. First the receptionist came and went to call the mechanic. He came he just pushed in the hanging part and agreed he doesn't know why the AC was not working. He took my car for road test and very hot air was blowing and he had to open the windows. Then the manager came and said its the 1 touch company repairing the car it has nothing to do with them personally And he will be in touch with their head office and send my car to main dealer on Monday and take it from there. Its been nearly 3 weeks now and they are not even answering my calls anymore. They have my car. I got in touch with the head office 3 times they said they would sort it out and nothing yet. Been 2 weeks I sent email to the head office and they haven't even acknowledged my email. I have a luxury lexus rx and I have worked very hard to buy such comfortable car for my family and we are having to struggle like this because of this incompetent service. Never thought a big company like this will steal genuine car parts and replace with cheaper grade quality. Even my insurance is not being great help. I am starting legal action now. Stay away as far as you can from this garage if you don’t want to end up with depression like me.

Really great service from 1 touch repair. Despite having to make the initial contact as I wasn’t contacted originally, the rest of the service was great. I had a telephone call on the Tuesday to say that a driver was 5 minutes away so could collect my car for me. This was great and I was given a courtesy car. I was kept updated on my vehicles journey and received a call the following day to say my car was ready! It was then dropped back the following day. Couldn’t fault the service. Repairs look super. Thanks again.
