Wanted to order a frappe an hour before they closed they said that they don’t serve frappes once its that time so went to a different costa who closed the same time they made my frappe and said that that shouldn’t have been the case.

Really low key Costa. Staff seem very friendly. The place isn't too bad with lots of positive messages and comments about how they recycle etc. Surprised there's a code you've got to memorise to go to toilet. Also the locks in one of the toilet didn't seem to work as I walked in on someone mid-toilet. Not a great sight to see.

Enjoyed the seasonal drinks at the busy city centre branch. The staff could have been a bit more friendly but apart from that no complaints. Would recommend the gingerbread hot chocolate and also the hazelnut praline.

Due to “technical” issues they can’t offer cutlery at all for any sandwiches or coffee. This technical issue I hear has been on for a week now, come on, seriously?

It took ages to order and there was only one person in front of me and they were just getting a drink, also they forgot my fork and I ordered a mango and berry bubble tea and there werent any bubbles in the drink and I couldn't get a refund or anything. Also this drink and the watermelon and mint drink basically taste like water there so watered down.

Went for coffee with 3 other family members today . The queue was massive, staff chatting amongst themselves whilst serving,.made process slow. They could not get the orders of Frappes correct for what customer had placed what order. Place was dirty floors had food and napkins all-over the place, tables dirty. The floor behind the counter had all bits n paper over it. Toilets not to be used as dirty and wet all around toilet base is this urine.Was awful, what Hygiene rating is this store ????Will not be going back or recommending..

The third time this month where no trays or cutleries. On the top, the attitude of (I think Naomi - the shortest and biggest) is appealing, no please or eye contact, but an unprofessional tone, and an expectation that you say thank you when the service is done. Deluded, will never return.Must say that the taller lady is awesome, hence the 2 stars.
