Very polite, friendly and helpful staff. Extremely clean and bright rooms. I saw Karen Iroemeh the hygienist, she was gentle but thorough, kind and caring whilst also professional and efficient.

Appointment was with Connie. She is always lovely and welcoming, she puts you at ease and goes at your pace.Connie knows how frightened I am but makes it easier to return.

Vali, as always is the best dentist I've had. He always remembers everything about me as I'm a very nervous patient! 543 is an excellent practice, great staff and clean and efficiently run place.

Was really good at first felt real comfortable even though I hate dentist was getting my new teeth in just under 4 weeks then got a call to say all appointments are cancelled till next year and now I have to get re assessed by a different dentist and I’m not happy at all to say they already have made my new teeth and they was getting fitted by someone different and I was just waiting for them to get put in so gonna be waiting all next year for my new teeth again

I'm riddled with anxiety going to the dentist and I'm probably the worst patient in history! But Pilar was amazing with me, I'm very thankful I had her for my treatment. Thank you so much!!!

Signed up on a private plan after being unable to get an NHS dentist, recently had my first appointments and the staff were really helpful and did a great job. They were very professional, I had a positive experience! Really can't recommend them enough!

Removed me from the members' database patient list because I haven't been for 3 years??? We had a pandemic for 2 of those years and I had no idea I was supposed to visit every 6 months, or I get removed!!!!!!!!!!COMPLETE JOKE...!!!Does the NHS know you're doing this to its patients? I bet if I was a private patient you wouldn't of done this to me...

All staff are lovely and welcoming. Payman always makes me feel at ease even though im a very nervous patient and is always sure to explain everything to me. Reception staff are great and always try to accommodate appointments around my working hours. Surgery is clean and comfortable. Would recommend.

If I could leave a 0Rate if I would! Had a new dentist this time I found her very rude. The whole experience felt more like a transition the customer service was appalling. She said I needed a deepClean before even properly examining me and when I said I couldn’t afford treatment at that moment she made me feel very uncomfortable and kept talking down on me making me feel bad for not been able to afford extra treatments! I didn’t even agree with needing a deep clean it felt like she was just saying it so I pay more. There’s a cost of living crisis people are already struggling you shouldn’t be made to feel worst about not been able to afford treatments.
