My somewhat neglected and definitely too-complicated-for-me bike needed much post-winter love - disc brakes rubbing, fancy gears not shifting smoothly, and so on. Ben arrived, sorted the whole thing out, and got the bike back to its best very quickly.Great service and very chilled.Will definitely use again.

Incredibly happy with the service Ben provided. He came right to our house and was able to tune-up my daughter's bike quickly with no issues. My bike was slightly more challenging, because it had hydraulic brakes, but he was able to get them sorted as well and now it works as good as new. Will definitely use him again in the future.

I own a TT bike with a complicated internal braking setup. It developed a problem and I took the bike to several of the local bike shops (who are excellent in their own right) but they were unable to fix the problem.One visit from Ben and it was sorted!Very reasonably priced as well. I will certainly be using Ben’s Bicycles again, and I would recommend him to anybody.

Ben was very conscientious and thorough and came twice to fix my bike and my daughter's bike - once to diagnose the issues and then to bring new parts and complete the repairs. He was quick to diagnose the issue with my bike which had been incorrectly diagnosed by a local bike shop. Superb service at a very competitive price!

Ben was very informative! He talked me through how to change a tyre. I thought my bike was recently serviced as I just got it but Ben informed me it wasn’t great and he did a good job of fixing my tyres, gears and servicing my bike (properly).

Ben's been twice to sort the wife's bike out. And he'll be coming back, believe me. Good job too. Gone are the days when I was happy to get my hands filthy, get tyres off with two spoons and tighten brake cables with a pair of pliers. Tip-top bloke, tip-top service, and a tip-top price. If you've got a bike and you're around these parts, you wan't Ben's number in your contacts.
