Following months of progressively worsening shoulder/upper back pain and restricted movement (couldn’t even push myself off the sofa with my right arm, I’m only 37) I booked in to see Matt, the initial appointment was professional and comforting with an initial diagnosis and then some work to start to release the stiffness and pain - week one this dramatically improved (40% improvement could actually move freely again) week two saw another vast improvement and week 3 has helped again! Along with the exercises Matt has recommended I’m sure I’ll be back to golf in no time! Matt was friendly and reassuring throughout and I cannot thank him enough to giving me an almost pain free should with the ability to get off the sofa again without wincing! Painkillers don’t solve everything and I won’t leave it as long next time!

This was my first appointment at the clinic. There is parking on site which is very handy. All appropriate paperwork is filled out online prior to attending, meaning no time is wasted during the session. Nicki was welcoming and listened to what I had to say and understood what was required. I could feel the positive effects of the physio immediately. Nicki also provided suggestions for stretching at home.

I've been a happy customer of BOP for a while now. The quality of the osteopaths knowledge, skill and care is absolutely brilliant they've kept me healthy and active! If your looking to get fixed call them!

Having had a bad experience at an osteopaths before I was slightly apprehensive about going but the pain I was in made me try BOP. I’m so glad I did, Betts was understanding, very knowledgeable and put me at ease. I’m certainly not worried about my follow up appointments and can certainly recommend.

I found the Broadwater Osteopathic Practice 'accidentally' in a Google search sparked by weeks of debilitating back pain. The receptionist booked me in with Grant for their earliest appointment on the Monday morning.I had previously seen a different osteopath in a different area - with very good results, and Grant did not disappoint me! He was very approachable and knowledgeable; did comprehensive assessment with a clear explanation of the issue; and was able to mobilize my back and reduce all the built up spasm in one treatment.Although the pain is not gone, it is noticeably reduced and he has given me some easy exercises to do to strengthen the weakened areas and reduce the built up scar tissue.I would definitely recommend him!

Had my appointment today with Grant Sheppard and I highly recommend this clinic. Grant was highly professional, quickly identified the problems I was having with my knee and elbow, where I had strength deficiency, tested if I had any further issues and recommended corrective exercises to strengthen the muscles that were causing the issue. Very happy with my experience, strongly recommend this clinic.

First time in this practice/clinic, well attended. Easy booking and quick. Good listeners and good explanation.. everyone is kind.

So I had my first treatment from Nicki yesterday. She was so professional and knowledgeable & made the whole experience very relaxing & comfortable. Which considering the pain I was experiencing, was quite remarkable. I recommend both Nicki & the clinic 100%

I visited Susan when a chronic running injury flared up, almost two years after it first raised its ugly head. Having seen a couple of sports physios, I wanted to take a different approach. Past experience led me back to the world of osteopathy. I only wish I'd gone this way sooner.Susan quickly pinpointed the likely cause of my injury and suggested a simple postural change that would help fix it, as well as a couple of exercises to deal with the issue itself. She's since helped reduce the pain through massage, manipulation and ultra sound and has handed me over to her colleague, Grant, who specialises in sports rehabilitation and massage.I'm not out of the woods yet, but I can at least see the path I need to take. Besides, I feel I'm definitely being guided in the right direction by Susan and the team at Broadwater Osteopathic Practice. And I will soon be able to jog... at least some of the way.

Very positive experience throughout. Caroline was welcoming, professional and truly helped me where past practitioners have failed. Even though I was her last appointment of a very long day, she made me feel like I was the first!
