The product quality is good but there is an issue where the soft close on 2 of the drawers stops working until the drawer is pushed in hard, the soft close then works for a few opens than fails again. There are no instructions on how to fix this or set up the soft close and cannot find any help online. Therefore this must be a quality issue, thought I would report this before leaving a less than positive review online.

Wonderful service. Bought item online, efficient communication via text and email, quickly picked up from Taunton store, was given good advice on how to fix on car, which saved fitting fees, service given with a smile and courtesy, job done. Thank you Halfords.

Today evening, i went into Halfords and ordered a front number plate for my car.The lady on the counter named Kennedy was there to help.She doesn’t seem to know what she is doing and brought up lame excuses in order to get going.In the end she cant screw my plates on because “they need the orginal (“lost”)plates to fit it.I tried explaining it to her, if i had the orginal plates- then why the hell should i come here to order another pair? Am i crazy to have 2 front plates? Idk what was she thinking.Very bad experience

Needed to transfer my dashcam set front and back at short notice. The staff were really helpful as despite being really busy they managed to find an hour slot to remove from my old car in a couple of days. Then because they didn’t have any 2-hour slots they arranged two one-hour slots to fit the front and then the back. This meant not having my car unprotected for any longer than necessary.I have always found the staff to be very keen to provide great service!

Absolutely rubbish! My brake light went, the guy tried 2 bulbs and it still didn't work. Charged me for 2 bulbs and told me it was electricial, went to a different garage and they told me the electrics were absolutely fine and that halfords guy was wrong. My car is now working fine. So I will be returning to halfords for a refund and I will never go back there. Had to give 1 star but I didn't want to rate at all.

Went in for a headlight bulb replacement for my car. Unfortunately due to the cars design it wasn't the easiest to fit. However the employee Tom took his time and worked out how to get it done, which was great. Would definitely recommend!
