I have gotten used to people either not turning up or after a quote canceling appointments. - not in this case I rang and received an appointment for the following morning. The engineer came and diagnosed the problem and said he had to order a part. He rang two days later and said he had the part and could he come and install it! So within 48 hours I was up and running again in time for Sunday roast. Great service Thank you!
