PRIVATE AMBULANCE SERVICE 'ZOT LTD'

The team from Zot came yesterday to help move my elderly father who is ill from his own bed into a hospital bed. They were punctual, polite and very helpful. They moved him with care and efficiency. I didn't get their names unfortunately.

Many thanks to Bernard and Tom for their professionalism today. After assessing my father's needs, they carefully and compassionately moved my Father from our home to a nursing home. Would definitely recommend ZOT and Bernard and Tom. Thank you.

Two members of ZOT Ambulance Crew Tom and Bernard arrived to our care home. Professional approach to resident and staff, polite gentlemen, softly communicate with resident. They also paid particular attention on safety of resident. Highly recommended.

Rahul and Smit from Zot Ltd were very nice.They were punctual.They arrived before the time and informed us about their arrival.They came inside on time and greeted us and introduced themselves which was good for the client.They took the client from the house to the transport.They always maintained health and safety by wearing mask and gloves.They ensured all the seatbelts and made sure the client was comfortable.They drived well.They were on time on the way coming back.The ambulance was neat and cleaned. I found ZOT on Google and used them to transfer my elderly mother to a care home a few miles away. The person I spoke to on the phone to book was really helpful and polite. The price was good and was actually 50% cheaper than a quote from a different company. Two ambulance staff turned up - Tom and Bernard who were friendly and very competent. All in all a surprisingly stress free experience so would absolutely recommend ZOT.

Rahul and Paula from Zot Ambulance provide an excellent service.The crew were very professional , reliable and friendly and were very kind and caring to our resident.The crew made a difficult day for us into a less difficult one with their excellent moving and Handling skills.They came quick and coordinate with us timely tremendous amounts of love for both these individuals for relaxing a very difficult time and making us feel better. My mother was taken to a nursing home today - a sad and stressful experience. We were so thankful for Bernard and Tom who really helped us get through the transition. They planned and explained the process so we were comfortable before they started. Mum was handled with care and compassion and was spoken to throughout. They checked that mum (and I) were fully comfortable before driving off. The roads were full of pot-holes yet the drive was smooth due to the skillful driving - there was no distress for mum, infact she throughly enjoyed the ride and we arrived at our destination very quickly. Bernard and Tom carried mum to her room, safely transferred her to her bed and again checked that she was comfortable before wishing us all well and leaving with more smiles.Thank you so much Bernard and Tom, your kindness and professionalism was so precious to us.
