Easy. Stress Free parking for York.I use this service when our local bus times are not convenient.A frequent, fast journey . Nice electric buses.

I used this for the first time on Saturday, I'm somebody who since I learned to drive I have never really been on a bus or train.So I get nervous trying things like this, it was so so easy I followed Google here from lincolnshire, got parked up and within a few mins I was sat on the bus on my way into the town center.The bus dropped me In front of a Primark which is part of a outside shopping center called Coopergate, and I got the bus back from the same place, they go around every ten mins or so.They are still wearing face masks on Buses which is a good thing.£3.30 return for one adult and free parking.

Great idea for trouble free parking to get into York. Cost of bus fare very reasonable especially for pensioners. Use every time I visit York.

Great park and ride.Easy to find.Well sign posted.We drove from Skipsea to Grimston Bar to park and catch the bus into York.Toilets at the site.The bus was there waiting for us.Friendly driver greeted us as we got on and paid for our tickets.There were York maps on the bus that included the park and ride map of where the bus stops were. Really handy.We were dropped right in the middle of York close to the attractions and sights.We got the bus at the same stop, there was a massive queue as it was 4pm and most people were leaving York. We all managed to get on the double decker bus and another bus was pulling up as we were leaving.Lots of parking available.Would definitely use this service again to visit York.I would recommend the river cruise in York and a visit to Rolys fudge and the shambles street - go early this street gets busy (probably the fudge samples)

Fabulous Park and Ride service into the centre of York, park for free all day at site and only pay for the bus which was very reasonably priced. Probably cheaper than a days parking in York and hassle free.

Does what it says on the tin.....we parked, then we rode the bus into York City centre, picadilly to be precise. Frequent, clean modern electric buses. £3.60 each in Oct.2023.

Good service, with toilets and plenty of parking. Nice electric buses. Have experienced one or two grumpy drivers but mostly good. Journey into town takes between 10 and 20 mins.

Worth using Park & Ride for York to reduce the volume of traffic in this historic city and make it easier to get in and out.Each Park & Ride has a different route (check the Park & Ride Website) so you can choose either your nearest or the one that takes you nearer where you want to go.Frequency - every 10-15 minutes. Can be a little longer if traffic is heavy.Price various:Single and returns.Concession, small charge, your issued with a single ticket, keep it and show it to the driver on your return (it acts as a return ticket, but you also need to tap your Concession card).Accessibility - good, plenty of parking for the disabled. Bus platform is level with the pavements. Spaces for wheelchair users (rights) and prams on the bus. Toilet for the disabled.Car Parking - free, plenty of spaces including parking for disabled. Check closure time as there is a hefty release fee (£50 - early 2019)!Tourist Guide and Map - at the Park & Ride and on the bus. Includes map of the City Center, the Park & Ride Routes, places to visit, shop and eat.Staff - always found the Bus drivers very friendly and helpful.Toilets - including for the disabled. Bus frequency good, so if you need to go!

Great service! Bus drivers very professional and polite,great chat with my 13 year old son as we boarded. Efficient and low cost fares. THE best way to get into the centre with frequent buses. Double decker buses with plenty of room. We'll done to the City of York Council!
