Price is fine and the gym has good equipment.The showers are due renovation to bring them up to a better standard but that will surely come eventually.New sauna installed and cafe bar menu is good, the food is better than you would expect for a cafe. Well worth eating there.Opening times are good, not as long on weekends at it once used to be, now closes at 2000 hrs and not 2200 hrs.Many classes but never used them.The gym floor can get busy for short periods but that’s not really stopped me getting on the equipment I wanted to.Some staff work really hard and some are very friendly.

Full body lava shell massage at the spa within the club; first time using the spa facility as a non-member.The spa itself had such a calming, hypnotic ambiance.The lady providing the massage was lovely and very personable, it felt like my body was a canvas, the experience was so liberating and relaxing and her skills in being able to induce total relaxation were outstanding.A gift given to me from my wife for my birthday; certainly will be returning before my next birthday!Thank you ✨️

Been a member for almost 2 years now and it’s a nice enough place. Classes and instructors are fantastic, changing rooms kept tidy. Cafe staff are great.Most reception staff are fine, there is one or two whom aren’t very approachable, so just avoid asking them anything.Complained about the swimming pool cleanliness on a few separate occasions.

The receptionist was a bit hostile. I didn't feel completely comfortable while I was there with my kids to use the the swimming facilities. Also I've never been to a leisure facilities where you have to register yourself and kids information including taking pictures just to use the facility for a one time visit. It was all absolutely absurd. The facilities on the other hand was lovely but the treatment was negative

Friendly professional staff, a lovely pool, large jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, gym, a tasty light lunch, and an afternoon siesta in the awesome Quiet Room all made for a great spa day with my friend. Our day ended on a high with a body scrub and facial in the very well-appointed Treatment rooms.The ladies' changing room area is spacious with plenty of wooden benches and lockers. There are a number of private cubicles, plenty of showers, adequate hair dryers (at seated dressing table style mirrors), and even a nifty little machine that spins your swimwear!

Very sociable place. No posers" which a nice change from other health clubs. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. Wide range of gym apparatus which trainers are happy to explain how to use them to get best benefit within your capabilities."
