Redkite is a really great firm of plumbers I have found. I reported a problem one evening, the plumber was at my house the next morning and dealt with what turned out to be a tricky job in quite short time. He was really pleasant and explained everything to me and I was delighted that the whole problem was so quickly and efficiently resolved. This is the second time I have used this firm and I will continue to use them whenever similar work is required.

We were having a few problems around the house so had Stephan come out a few times. Each time he was always punctual and professional, he made sure to explain things to us so that we understood how best to use and maintain the new installations that he put in. He also put much care into making sure that his was thorough and to a high standard. We will certainly come back to Red Kite Plumbers if we have problems in the future and would be happy to recommend to friends.

Fantastic service as always from Red Kite, in short the plumber repaired a very poor toilet plumbing job done by previous landlord in bathroom when a lot of other companies would have started over and charged a lot more. The price was very reasonable given the circumstances. Would definitely recommend red kite to anyone who needs plumbing work and will use the services again if needed.

Stephan did a brilliant job fitting a new mixer tap in the kitchen and also replacing a leaking isolation valve under the sink. He is very friendly and we had a good chat about football and London where we are both from! He has been invited to consider how best to replace a single shower head in the en-suite with a dual one and we will definitely book him if he finds the solution.

I would never go else where for a plumber, he is a very friendly tradesman’s and provides excellent customer service.We had issues with our showers a couple days before Christmas and he came and sorted it the next day! I cannot praise this Company highly enough, my kitchen was flooded twice today, from a burst pipe under the sink, rang for emergency plumber, Stephan was here within half an hour, did the job, very quickly, really knows his stuff !
