What can I say? Not only a perfect firepit for the fella's Christmas present but also perfect customer service too! We were so pleased with it and it all works an absolute treat. And packs down neatly into bag for easy carriage in the van! Gave us much needed warmth in Scotland at Christmas.

I contacted David after speaking to him at a VW show, briefly about making me a personalised fire Pitt.Following placing my order online, David called me and chatted through the designs.I sent him a few different images, expecting the simplest one to be done, but secretly hoping for one of the more detailed images.David emailed me through a draft of how it would look, and he had used the more detailed image.I couldn’t wait to receive it, (as it was to be a gift for my husband)A couple of weeks later it arrived in the post, simple to put together and store, and absolutely unique. We cannot wait to go away in our camper with our new FirePitt.I would highly recommend ‘FiredUp’, the customer service is friendly, approachable and I honestly couldn’t fault them or their work.Thanks,x

We saw these at the local market. We discussed our design and a few days later they came back with a personal design. 1 fine tweak and our design was perfect. We were kept informed all the way through the process, and our Fire pit was ready sooner than estimated. Cannot recommend these enough very professional with quality workmanship.

Being dual purpose, this is perfect for us. Our old BBQ was ready to be replaced and we had thought about getting a firepit for the chillier months too, so to find a 2 in 1 which folds down flat and takes up hardly any space was just meant to be! We chose the larger size as this will be used in our garden when we're having parties. The designs are lovely and there are no sharp edges. It's well made, substantial and really sturdy, yet very easy to assemble and take back down again. We are really pleased with our purchase and would recommend.

1st time using our new fire pit today. The kids loved using the ceramic pizza stone and toasting marshmallows! Can't wait to try it out for a barbecue next. Everyone loves the personalised design too, get one if you want a striking garden centrepiece that is far removed from other generic offerings.

Very supportive in working to achieve my desired design. Great quailty end product received. The big plus I find with this style of fire pit is that it collapses and can be stored flat, just the job for weekends away or in your garden.
