Well, I must say if ever there was a company that has got it right, it's Machine Mart (Lea Bridge Road). The whole process of selling, delivery and after care was amazing.The story goes as follows:Needed a generator, not having a clue of how generators work and all the technicalities surrounding the buying process, I turned up at Machine Mart. The sales chap, named Ship, was very helpful and guided me in buying a generator. Against his good advice I purchased a generator that was inadequate for my needs. Not only did I purchase a wrong one, I had no idea how to operate it. What was great, Jon at Machine Mart was a phone call away and talked me through the whole process and help me trouble shoot and get the generator going!What I liked about dealing with Machine Mart was that they didn't wash their hands of me once the sale was done! I was able to take the generator back and upgrade it to the correct one at no extra cost!Wanted to thank Ship, Jon and Lewis for all their help! Certainly, will be recommending Machine Mart and writing to the head office to recognise their service.keep up the good work.Kamran

Just 5 months before buy this compressor 1500£It’s faulty compressor I call the branch manger he saying bring back and wait or closed your shop in these days we will fixed I am surprised where is warranty when I bought it he saying under warrantyRequest everyone’s don’t use this branch and Clark products

I've used Machine Mart for many years and spent thousands of pounds, but I they won't be getting another penny from me after the worst customer service I've ever had, went there to pick up a pre ordered tool and got told I looked a bit fishy" and didn't want to help me

I am regular customer I will say the customer service is good and friendly as well . I am buying Comprasor almost every year as it’s last hardly one year .not happy with the quality of Comprasor . I am sorry but this is what I experienced

Mind bogglingly hostile attitude towards customers. I have been shopping with Machine Mart for years. I cannot believe the way I have just been treated on the phone! Patronising, arrogant, rude and just generally unhelpful. All I wanted to do is quickly order a generator. Never again!!

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff who are always ready to help. Despite the location, there is parking,which is a rarity.

John has just been absolutely fantastic, as have every other single member of staff. Wether it’s when I’ve wanted advice on something or buying a head torch/massive tool chests or just today, a: '4 Tonne Low Entry Red Trolly Jack'They’ve always looked after me, I genuinely wouldn’t go anywhere else, especially when it comes to buy a bit of proper kit. The time it saves you, knowing where everything is, and that you can 100% trust the build qualities, is just a game changer..!! No more biscuit tins looking for screws and small stuff(stabbing your fingers in the process)/No more dodgy car Jacks/No more old torches with (power station sized batteries that dim in about 4mins 37secs)..!!Cannot thank you all enoughIan McC

I needed a new professional jet washer so headed to Machine Mart after they were favourable in internet searching. I was in the shop for less than 30 seconds before a friendly member of staff came over to help me. I had a fairly good idea of which model I wanted, however I was glad to hear the knowledgeable advice from Mr Chalk I making my final decision (which didn't change!). The sale was made quickly and I was able to get back to my days work. I will consider Machine Mart for many more of my tool purchases in future.

Rude, nasty, no customer service, the guy on the phone in customer service would not help me at all, they take your money and thats where any customer service ends, youre stuck and they will not help you, also, when you phone customer service, the guy on the phone is positively agressive !
